I saw this on HBO the first time it aired, recorded it, then lost it. Now I can see it again, I think...if part 3 just happens to pop up. It was a bizarre movie for sure but I've seen much worse. Phil and Hugo, I'm all in.
Great cinematography.
The Miami Vice episode Phil the Schill came first I think, obviously someone believed Collins fit into the role perfectly. Poster boy for type casting if ever. LOL
For the uneducated, his Vice character was similar. Quirky ner-do-well.

Phil Collins is allright in this movie even though this movie was really strange however his music is great with Genesis and as a solo artist too
