I'll bite, It's because their characters are very similar, also their fate as being disregarded early on as weaker 4 stars despite having higher skill ceilings than other characters. You haven't seen Floor 12 clears using Amber where it requires a lot of precision and mechanics compared to other Genshin (READ: Genshin) teams. The similarities are obvious and if you still disregard one of the other while simultaneously praising the other then you haven't played both games enough to make objective statements on both of the characters

The feather explosions, although they do damage, they do not count as "hits", so your dodge i-frame get not extended when you avoid the 1st explosion. Therefore you have to dodge twice without pressing any other hotkey. You can see in the footage how I cancel the 1st dodge animation with a 2nd dodge.

Chixia helped me to clean tower with 18 stars in total. She's great for some rooms, but for others u still need 1 or 2 more teams to perfectly clear all towers
you need to level up to 10 for the first time to see if you got good substat like 1 crit or any atk, crit dmg at most if you dont see crit or crit dmg then skip, also if you already have bad echoes at lvl 20 just recycle it on lvl 0 echoes then lvl it up to lvl 20 it only cost 4 gold echo exp and dont use it on lvl 10 because it only increase it to lvl 20.
I really like Chixia but i main Encore 😅. Also i got Yinlin's Weapon for Encore just now, but i think it's was a mistake, Encore is really wonderful to build now and i can use Crit DMG Cust 4, but i feel that i wasted my pulls, maybe because it was 68 pulls...

Chixia is amazing. When I started playing I immediately started maining her grinding for the best stuff I could get. Every time I joined random players to help them they thought I was abusing a bug or just thought that Chixia is overpowered af because they aren't used to seeing bosses getting obliterated within seconds. I wonder what ur Chixia will be like when u have her 5th copy. Do you reccomend getting the standard 5* rn tho? I feel like it's pretty underwhelming compared to the other standard 5* weapons which is why I want to wait for the next limited pistol.

How to dodge the feather exploration? I saw u dodged backward but the feather is exploding and you still didnt get hit by that
It's still counted as i frames.
Try to dodge very last minute to avoid both the initial and the after damage
