If coriolis design to use with liquids.
Can we use for gas measurement?

Thank you for your good question.
Practically let's say yes! but you need to change the parameters of calibration, and for sure you need to get back and check the manufacturer.
Coriolis flowmeters can measure virtually all fluids and gases, as it used for single phase flow measurement.
if you would like to use same flowmeter to measure liquid and gas, we call it two or multiple phases flow metering.
When multiple phases are present, some of the basic assumptions made in Coriolis measurement break down. Primarily, the fluid no longer vibrates in sync with the flow tubes resulting in measurement errors.
