How to warm up for baseball pitchers using plyo balls. You don't always have to have a partner to warm up your throwing arm. You can do pitching warm up throws with these easy to use soft weighted balls and a wall to throw them into. In this video coach Jason covers examples of how and what movements you can do to help warm up and strength your arm. Great for all ages just be careful of the weight and load you are putting on the shoulder. Definitely don't want to over do it. The more you know the better pitcher you will be.
