Every time I watch the Dinoco 400 scene from the first movie, I see his eyes as he's racing around and notice how spread out his pupils are. I always thought Murray Clutchburn was a frog for some reason.
I remember when Murray's eyes are flexible its is very wide out when He's racing. But he is friends with Johnny blamer you know the faux wheel drive racer
I like the thiland Variant of Murray Clutch burn. My favourite part was the new vibrant orange colour and bumper slogan .This was a amazing start of 2022 mainline diecast Disney Docket. But the red background of Murray Clutch burn seems like of Thomasville.Anyways I like the whole Sputter stop team.

If you could, I think you should also take a look at The King and Bug Mouth McQueen from Thailand as they’re also quiet a bit different from their Chinese and Vietnam counterparts! This dude made me question the Cars universe WAY TOO MUCH. I wanted to know why his body changed. Was that a Mattel error or is that Pixar canon? Do these cars just swap bodies? Because if that's the case, Cars 3 would have been 90 minutes shorter if McQueen decided to get a body swap surgery and become/convert to Next Gen. That's definitely a thing we know thanks to Cars 2 with Axelrod. WHY IS HE OVAL AND NOT RECTANGLE IN CARS 3?? WHAT GEOMETRY IS THIS? Same with his eye color...WHAT? Murray is making me over think. He changed so much over the years! ANYWAYS, great review! Still a cool car even if he makes me extend my brain capacity to think about a 15 year old animated movie (which is ze best movie not gonna lie).
It is not a Mattel error as you can see his Cars 3 model is accurate to the movie. Everyone just assumes these racers, such as Murray, Darren Leadfoot, Floyd Mulvihill, etc., received a lot of body work. I wouldn't look too much into it though. Thank you for the kind words! :)
I do have Ralph Carlow from this year! Murray Clutcburn (Sputter Stop) is one of the three racers that i really want to get! The other two being Davey Apex/Dave Alternators (Re-volting) and the two pack of Gasprin and Vinyl Toupee. P.S. Great Videos!
Aside from the wheels problem, i would like to get this Murray because i do like the green and the corrected eye color. I was thinking of making a wheel swap with chick hicks to correct them, but I’ve realize that the base doesn’t have big enough spaces to keep them in place.
The Thailand version doesn’t look too bad although I don’t like how the wheels are pushed in too far like the other Thailand Leak Less mode racers and I’m not too keen on the colors being washed out compared to the China version. But he still looks pretty good! Hopefully I’ll be able to find him to complete the set of all 3 Sputter Stop racers!
