I am from Holyoke and Capri pizza is my absolute favorite pizza. I love pizza and have tried others but I love Capri pizza the most. My family has been ordering from there for years. I have a friend who used to live in holyoke but now lives down south and every time she visits Massachusetts she buys a pizza from Capri. Glad you both liked it and did a show about there place.

I grew up on Capri pizza. Moved to Florida, then South Carolina and now Virginia. Let me tell you, I have not had a good pizza like Capri in almost 30 years. When I visit in MA, I bring home 2 party size pizzas back, but cooking it in the home oven just isn't as good. And Amadeo's is my second choice for pizza.
Yes it’s hard to find pizza like this down south. Sorry you have to deal with that. I actually mentioned Amedeo‘s in the video. We have them on our list. I haven’t had them in years.

You like big pizza? We think the Pizza at Roma’s Restaurant in Southwick is the best around. I’m 58 years old and I’ve been eating it since I was a little kid. Take a look at their prices too. Unbelievable.

We always go there we had our worst pizza EVER there. We got a pizza at 4 on new years eve. It was almost inedible. Half the onion was like onion skin. There was so much sauce it wad swimming. Hardly any cheese almost no hamburger. It was awful...
There are alot more new workers so unfortunately that's probably why that happened. I've been ordering from there for years and in the last year and half I've had problems with wrong toppings and other things but I really think it's due to more new people working and training.
@wandaaponte8467 yea well be that as it may, it's making a pizza, not open heart surgery, or splitting the atom. The issue is imo generational people have no pride in their work. You couple that with small businesses not being able to pay a liveable wage in most instances, there you have a recipe for worse and worse food across most restaurants now a days.
