Exactly. Even the Supreme Court says it's best not to talk to police officers. Much less show them a video that could possibly incriminate you even if you didn't do it.
Well the video was his proof of innocence, and it worked out. Had he listened to you all he would have been arrested and had to show the same video to the judge. Seems like he made the smart move to not waste a load of his time.

You know, it depends on the area.
I know many bikers who won’t stop for cops in rural VA because of the reputation they have of lying and false incriminating bikers. They have horrible practices such as putting temporary wooden speed limits that don’t match the road limit so that they can ticket bikers and then take the signs off. Some officers even literally charge against bikers and impale them against cars without even being sure it is the same biker they were looking for

Myself, I prefer to listen to the song of that mighty V-Twin through the Vance & Hines short pipes. When I do want to listen to music, I have Bluetooth speakers mounted to the handlebars, and several playlists on my phone.

You should never wear a headphones or anything that's gonna block your hearing on a motorcycle. We need all of our senses to keep from getting run over out there. Blocking your hearing make this much sense of blindfolding yourself before you ride.
Yeah but you also shouldn’t let yourself be deafened by wind and engine noise so earplugs or headphones of some sort aren’t a bad idea

Hmmm... @7:20 I'm not sure what the laws are down in the States, but up here in Canada they cannot issue you a "wreckless" or "dangerous" driving ticket on what is considered "private property". Parking lot or not, it's not a public road. Technically and legally speaking, unless they were invited onto the property by the property owner, the cops are the one in the wrong here lol.
Not if the parking lot is publicly owned, e.g. Court or Hospital
They can't do anything on a private lot. My wife was hit at the grocery store by someone with no license or insurance and they couldn't do anything about it.

@7:23 cops can't ask you to leave private parking lot. That lot is not public land. Owner has to make a complaint and cops can't solicit trespass...exactly why he did get a ticket
