Love the reframing of meditation! For those of us with anxiety, being told to sit alone with our thoughts and ignore them just activates all the monkeys in our brains. Taking mindful moments or putting our phones away during a walk is ENOUGH to get started! Or doing something like a guided meditation or Tibetan Bun meditation where you focus on breathing in a specific way helps people who are starting out to be able to hold their breath and calm down all the chatter, and then try other things like enjoying sitting quietly with a cup of tea or coffee without feeling urge to scroll Instagram, etc. Just keep telling yourself you're doing a great job! That has helped me a lot, too!
I’ve been using the dazzle dry system for the last month. My nails have never looked better the polish last up to two weeks and dries in five minutes and removes with regular nail polish remover. It’s amazing.
I have the Dr. Dana nail kit. 💯 recommend. I don't cut my cuticles or have to push them back. Along with the CND keratin treatment oil my nails have never been better. They are growing and look healthy. If I could post a picture I would. Just for reference my nails were damaged from fake nails weak and brittle now strong and long.
I don't wear polish at all, but concerned because my nails are really thin. I don't know that they could handle glycolic acid and physical exfoliating.

I’ve learned to love meditation. TH-cam has great guided meditations for anything you could possibly need. Highly recommend people try it it’s got me through quite a bit especially physical pain.
a while ago I bought the Skinfix cream after you recommendation and it really helped my dehydrated skin very much. Def a must for colder weather. Oh and I love that it isn’t scented
Oh gosh, i want that Dr. Dana nail kit soooo bad, but it doesn’t seem like it ships to my country 💔 I definitely want to create a reliable meditation habit, bc the times I’ve tried it really helped me. Times when i was having an anxious breakdown and felt unable to do anything with my day and a 20 minute meditation literally got me back to normal… so far i’ve liked to use apps with guided meditation audio, as a baby with no experience, i might try “freeform” meditation when i’m more comfortable with it. Of the apps I’ve tried so far, the one that has worked for me the best has been Lojong. The guided meditations have different kinds/themes, personally the ones that have resonated with me the most have been the R.A.I.N. ones!
I'll have to check out those apps! I personally really like insight timer, they have a lot of sound bath like tracks and guided meditations too! Sometimes I just focus on deep breathing for a minute or 2 when I don't have time but need to center myself and it actually helps. The hardest thing is remembering to do it and prioritizing the time. ❤ I'm glad this share helped you!
I LOVE how skinfix makes my skin feel, It is GREAT moisturizer. However, I really dislike the smell. The new and improved skinfix for barrier repair with B-L3 is even more ahhhhmazing, still dislike the smell. But, I LOVE how my face feels, though....❤❤❤

Biggest recommendation would be retinoids. That's what's helping me keep my skin clear and work on collagen stimulation. It's also important to know what causes your acne, hormonal imbalances, vitamin deficiency, food sensitivity can't be managed by topical skincare, so taking a holistic approach to well aging can be a huge ally!
