I still don't get why Rosberg didn't try the switch back in turn 3. He got pushed wide 2 or 3 times. Perez and Hamilton showed how much more grip that inside line had.

I don’t remember this much rear view on-board in the 2019 season, which is too bad, it looks really cool! They should use more of it in the next season! Great race this was!

That Ferrari has no type of traction to put the power down, Alonso has to short shift 2 gears up after the first corner while the non Ferrari teams have to short shift 1 gear up

This race gave me so much hopes that we could have the best fair fight and rivalry since Hakkinen-Schumacher , between Rosberg and Hamilton.
I was really pleased to see the respect between those 2 on and off the track.
Then Lewis started to play this usual mindgames by saying bullshit in the medias ( "i'm more hungry than Nico because i had a hard childhood blabla")
Nico answered it by impersonates Schumacher's dirty trick at Monaco and that was it.......

The Ferrari engine wasn’t great was it? Add that to Ferrari having an unstable chassis, Sauber’s too heavy and Marussia was stable but still behind the pack.

Races from 2014 had so many close battles because of the lack of downforce. 2014-2016 would've been good seasons if Mercedes wasn't so dominant

The fact that Williams finished third, ahead of Ferrari in 2014 and then by 2019 they were barely able to put one car together before the end of testing will remain one of the biggest mysteries that I've personally witnessed in F1.

    • @PeRRXX

The biggest reason they were so quick this year, and in 2015, was the Mercedes PU. Once Ferrari and Renault made decent PUs, Williams started to struggle.
