Creamy and Hearty CHICKEN PASTEL!

This is one of my favorite comfort foods! Chicken Pastel is creamy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make! This dish is best enjoyed with freshly cooked rice (yum!). It's similar to Pastel De Pollo (chicken pie), but we're doing the Filipino version-no pies this time.
