Whole cabbage:
Boil the leaves for 10seconds
Season salt and cumin powder.
Slice the cabbage into square pcs
3cups of egyptian Rice or any rice
Season,tsp.salt,2 cubes maggi
1tsp.coriander powder.
1/2tsp.cumin powder
1/2tsp.cinnamon powder
1/2tsp.black pepper
1tsp.paprika
2 onion slice cubes
3tomato slice
parsley leaves
Coriander leaves
Mint fresh leave or dried.
