Really interesting Sean. I’ll be following along. Those are crazily cheap prices compared to Australia. A good option to consider for a digital nomad lifestyle too I imagine.

Yes they have a digital nomad visa here as well I believe but you need a pretty good income to get it

As you have said that - If you want to live in the city you're going to probably pay more, but not always, sometimes they're quite cheap as well, and you have to watch out for how much it's going to cost you to do them up So I'll be giving you various connections and places you can go and people you can meet to discuss your plans for an Akiya, yes me and many of my friends are interested in investing as per your offer.
