adding to what you've stated here, this clicked with me watching nero's videos and changed the way i meditate and internalize affirmations. i used to focus on trying to control my mind and thoughts the way you've described by simply thinking the opposite. thoughts alone are nothing without the emotional conviction and heart ties. your heart is instantly responsive to the thoughts you have which shape your emotions (anxiety, stress, etc.). it is the greatest electromagnetic source in our bodies, so when you "think" these things, think it with your heart and emotions. your heart actually has the power to listen and think which is the primary shaper of your emotional responses. your mind/brain is just a radio tower receiving information, but your heart actually triggers your emotions/flow. i now focus on listening, meditating, and affirming with my heart more so than my mind which has drastically turned down the focus on what may be racing in my mind. i'm now able to "listen" more intently and bring peace and stillness to my emotions which helps me affirm my desired reality far better than I was able to before.
Your parents are your first gods. They provide, they are the once that can build you or break you. As someone who has gone through physical and mental abuse I can say that it is taking me over 8 years to finally build a worthy self concept. With ups and downs I still sometimes encounter limiting believes that I did not place there myself. Sometimes I forgot why I chose my family and what I wanted to learn about worthiness. True worthiness is simplistic as everything is worthy simply for existing.

It harms a persons life, it isolates you and makes you socially awkward. The world loves you, parents weaponize their love to have full control and live through you. Ok, I need to change the rate of my vibration. Lately, I’ve been focusing on happier thoughts. I’ve been examining my thoughts, and if they’re not happy, I make them happy. I saved a dog yesterday. I was walking out of my back door and this little dog was walking past and we locked eyes and he ran up to me. I gave him a bath, fed him, then I made a post on Facebook and found his mom. Straight facts! I was the one to break the cycle.... I never thought it would be me....but here I am! I followed the same negative thought patterns, stories, and beliefs that came from my family and society. At least three generations in a row with the same disease.....that is not a coincidence or simply genetics. It has to do with epigenetics. I had the same disease that took my mom's life. The reason that I am still here is I changed my mindset and meditated which in turn turned off that gene expression that caused that disease. I saw my mom get better when she meditated, but when she let other people's opinion bother her, her health worsened. You have the Power to change your life and it is never too late!❤
I love this video because as a black Caribbean woman … many of us have a belief that curses run from mother to daughters! But, its as if its real because i have seen many women in my family just amount to nothing…. Never married, money issues kids by several dads… and more! And i myself started believing it for myself too because i am just in the same situation as these women in my family! Except for the kids part… but i have not been married yet at 39 and still having money blocks. But i must say, i have ben fighting for years to find solutions because i refuse to believe that this is my story!!!! you blew my mind here…. Thats all i will say. My parents always tried to forced me to go to school they have never asked me what were my dreams and goals in life. They r always saying that i should work hard at school so that one day i can work at a good job. My dream actually is that i wanna be my own boss i wanna be self-made, I don't wanna work for anybody in the future. I am now foster parenting and I tell them: that everyone has a purpose they must pay attention to what they like or what makes them think... or what excites them.and start from there ...I never tell them they have to get a job...but they must be aware..they need a viable way to take care of themselves and meet her responsibilities... People's fears, beliefs, values, likes and dislikes, how they communicate, approach conflict, love themselves and others, etc. - are all directly influenced by their parents until you fully detach from that control and approval. I remembered all of this but I’m sad I remembered at 32 years old. It’s so simple and right in our face but why it took me so long to realize it’s all mindset. The missed opportunities because of self doubt, the mis money management, the lack of self love resulting in dating ppl that couldn’t love me.
Here I am. On the actual verge of real success that I built out of love and hard work. I woke up with Bells Palsy and I know what it really is - my unconscious belief that I will not escape the curse of my family. I’ve taken such deep pride in my health because it meant they didn’t win (munchsusens and munchausen by proxy). So it’s time to forgive and let go and even send them love. Generational curses are NOT only experienced by certain people. Everyone of us has something to work on. Maybe it’s de-masculinization, financial skills, slavery or addictions and trauma. Everyone of us has a choice: fight it (usually fails), ignore it (usually fails) or do something different by walking away from it and rebuild the life you want for yourself. It’s the more courageous path and takes a lot of personal growth and commitment; but that creates true freedom.
The thing is you don't have to walk away forever just long enough to become the person the God of creation intended you to be! Your thoughts create your reality and your reality is a mirror of what you perceive to be true in the world! This includes the people in your life! Once I reach the frequency of the 144,000 everything negative just bounces of me and sticks to you like glue! Nothing can touch the 144,000 because those of us that reach it become conscious reality creators and divinely protected and guided! Everything you have stored up in heaven is returned to you. It's not a matter of us vibrating at a certain frequency. We tune into the frequencies we desire. Words spoken are vibrations, and as children, what our parents believed were spoken into us, and our subconscious minds were programmed to stay in tuned to that frequency.

adding to what you've stated here, this clicked with me watching nero's videos and changed the way i meditate and internalize affirmations. i used to focus on trying to control my mind and thoughts the way you've described by simply thinking the opposite. thoughts alone are nothing without the emotional conviction and heart ties. your heart is instantly responsive to the thoughts you have which shape your emotions (anxiety, stress, etc.). it is the greatest electromagnetic source in our bodies, so when you "think" these things, think it with your heart and emotions. your heart actually has the power to listen and think which is the primary shaper of your emotional responses. your mind/brain is just a radio tower receiving information, but your heart actually triggers your emotions/flow. i now focus on listening, meditating, and affirming with my heart more so than my mind which has drastically turned down the focus on what may be racing in my mind. i'm now able to "listen" more intently and bring peace and stillness to my emotions which helps me affirm my desired reality far better than I was able to before.

As someone who has gone through physical and mental abuse I can say that it is taking me over 8 years to finally build a worthy self concept. With ups and downs I still sometimes encounter limiting believes that I did not place there myself. Sometimes I forgot why I chose my family and what I wanted to learn about worthiness. True worthiness is simplistic as everything is worthy simply for existing.

Ok, I need to change the rate of my vibration. Lately, I’ve been focusing on happier thoughts. I’ve been examining my thoughts, and if they’re not happy, I make them happy. I saved a dog yesterday. I was walking out of my back door and this little dog was walking past and we locked eyes and he ran up to me. I gave him a bath, fed him, then I made a post on Facebook and found his mom. It was really fun. 😂

Straight facts! I was the one to break the cycle.... I never thought it would be me....but here I am! I followed the same negative thought patterns, stories, and beliefs that came from my family and society. At least three generations in a row with the same disease.....that is not a coincidence or simply genetics. It has to do with epigenetics. I had the same disease that took my mom's life. The reason that I am still here is I changed my mindset and meditated which in turn turned off that gene expression that caused that disease. I saw my mom get better when she meditated, but when she let other people's opinion bother her, her health worsened. You have the Power to change your life and it is never too late!❤

But, its as if its real because i have seen many women in my family just amount to nothing…. Never married, money issues kids by several dads… and more! My parents always tried to forced me to go to school they have never asked me what were my dreams and goals in life. They r always saying that i should work hard at school so that one day i can work at a good job. My dream actually is that i wanna be my own boss i wanna be self-made, I don't wanna work for anybody in the future. So one day i decided to think about everything they were telling me for the past few years and i realised that none of what they were saying to me would benefit me in my future life. So for the people reading this, I want u to stop caring about what people r saying to u especially about your life and work on the things that truly matters to u because in a couple of years just because u were listening to other people's opinions and thoughts about your life, u won't be living your dream actually u will be living those people's dreams. I am now foster parenting and I tell them: that everyone has a purpose they must pay attention to what they like or what makes them think... or what excites them.and start from there ...I never tell them they have to get a job...but they must be aware..they need a viable way to take care of themselves and meet her responsibilities... Wow you just nailed it so perfectly. I met ONE family in high school where the parents were genuinely in love with life and their kids were free to join them or take a different path. There was no judgement they listened they gently guided but they never ever said anything like “you should”. I was so enchanted that it broke me -if this existed in the world how come all of us weren’t choosing it?
It was wild to realize I’d accepted that every family was dysfunctional but also I’d never settle for less than what I saw in them

Generational curses are NOT only experienced by certain people. Everyone of us has something to work on. Maybe it’s de-masculinization, financial skills, slavery or addictions and trauma. Everyone of us has a choice: fight it (usually fails), ignore it (usually fails) or do something different by walking away from it and rebuild the life you want for yourself. It’s the more courageous path and takes a lot of personal growth and commitment; but that creates true freedom.
The thing is you don't have to walk away forever just long enough to become the person the God of creation intended you to be! Your thoughts create your reality and your reality is a mirror of what you perceive to be true in the world! This includes the people in your life! Once I reach the frequency of the 144,000 everything negative just bounces of me and sticks to you like glue! Nothing can touch the 144,000 because those of us that reach it become conscious reality creators and divinely protected and guided! Everything you have stored up in heaven is returned to you. Just like the bible says!
