So, at the 8:34 mark... In the first Dragonball series, Roshi asked Baba to shrink him down so he can get a better peek at Bulma during her... private moments. Welp, he figured that the best place for the best... ... views... was in the restroom. As he was looking for a good spot to hide, Bulma walked in. He panicked and dove INTO the toilet bowl just under the rear lip area. Bulma drops pantsu... and a log. Yup... Roshi is the only pervy old teacher in any anime that watched someone literally take a crap.
8:37 Roshi got what he deserved by slipping in the toilet while Bulma flushed it😅 One of the big MANY REASONS why classic Dragon Ball never gets remastered😭 they're too cheap to do the Edited and Uncut versions again.
11:34 HFIL was the edited word created to censor HELL. It meant "Home of Infinite Losers"🤣 Another reason Japanese translation purists hated the old dub of Dragon Ball Z.
I still laugh at people(not the great ABTV) acting like blowing him in half was such a a big deal while Vegeta did the same with Toriyama literally saying if cell didn't move(which he was supposed to take it) he would have been killed.
Some people really hate that interview, hard for some people to fathom vegeta’s attack being stronger than gohan’s a lot of people forget gohans at half power after cell fucks his arm up. Also vegeta had a lot more charge time and put basically all his power into it.

I think it existed to primarily just be a cool scene but also tell the audience that cell can indeed regenerate even without his head to set up him coming back after gokus death
