    Ramesh is such a sweet, good natured being. It was very touching when he became emotional as he read the 'Footprints In The Sand' story. 5:30 to 8,05.

    Ramesh said at 41:26 - Nothing can happen unless it is the will of God. 1:12:58 - There is no 'you' to commit any sin. Do whatever you think you should do, and the rest of it is in God's hands.

      So if a person would like to kill someone, but doesn't because of their beliefs, after watching this video, maybe they would do. That would mean suffering would result from this video, wouldn't it?

      @@WeAreAllOneNature depends on the conditioning and genes.. If it is completely absorbed in the heart that there is no me , there is no other either, who is doing anything, for one to do the action of killing. Killing will happen if it is to happen as per cosmic law. As I experience, this concept when understood and the pride of me keeps dissolving, there are higher chances of compassion to arise. In the absence of pride of me, peace and love will arise.

      @@sajithstephen9166 But even if there is no 'me' and no 'other,' the illusion that is 'me' and 'other' can still suffer and cry. If I smash your kneecaps, regardless whether 'you' really exist or not, the part of you that is in this physical illusion will suffer. It seems obvious to me that causing suffering to someone should be avoided, even if it is just a dream which feels very real. On this level (of illusion), we can sin, and I think this concept (which is said on a video in this illusory world) is maybe irresponsible. 'You' can prove me wrong by getting a hammer and smashing your own left knee. If 'you' and your knee does not exist, tell me why you don't want to smash it. Your answer will be the same reason why you shouldn't sin against any 'other' being.

    • @sajithstephen9166

      @@WeAreAllOneNature this concept is for the me who suffers and experiences.. Which is not felt as illusory as long it is experienced in this world.. The illusion is from the perspective of impermanence. This concept teaches about non judgement.. Ego wants to become God and point out the right and wrong.. The judgement of good and bad is for the divine power.. In this infinite universe.. The finite human mind has limitations..even if you wish to smash my knees and if it not God's will that my knees has to be smashed it won't happen.. This concept is about complete surrender of me to the ultimate I. These are my thoughts at this moment.. I do understand where you are coming from.. I do get such thoughts also. You alone will have the answers from your experience and your wisdom which will. arise from within

    • @WeAreAllOneNature
      @WeAreAllOneNature 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@sajithstephen9166 Ok, but he does say at 49:04 ''You cannot commit a sin.'' At 1:13:43 ''I do whatever I like.'' Couldn't someone see this video and conclude wrongly that it is ok to sin? If 1000 people watch this video, how many would miss the difficult to understand higher concept? And what if he is partially wrong? What if we do have free will, and are responsible for our actions? What if there is no God? You said that suffering IS experienced in this world. So sin CAN be committed in this world. It is not ok to ''do whatever I like'' in this world, whether it is an illusion or not. If someone commits a sin which causes suffering in this physical world, they will suffer the equal amount of suffering at some point through karma. Just like you don't want you knee broken, other people don't want to be sinned against.
      What I say is just meant as light debate.

    Ramesh said here that wanting to understand (know God) prevents the total understanding from happening. So the basis of the total understanding is the total demolition of the one who wants it - which is the ego.
    There is no 'you' to achieve any self-realisation. Consciousness is all there is.

    Now I understand why Captain Ahab in Moby Dick said this "“Is Ahab, Ahab? Is it I, God, or who, that lifts this arm? But if the great sun move not of himself; but is an errand-boy in heaven; nor one single star can revolve, but by some invisible power; how then can this one small heart beat; this one small brain think thoughts; unless God does that beating, does that thinking, does that living, and not I.”

    If u take a book"Gita"as is...u cannot accept one part n criticise another...if u feel one part is nonsense than the whole is. If u refer to one part then u must accept the whole...this is a problem wid jnanist like Ramana. He is stuck in self realisation...he knows not his relationship with the Absolute.
