Well, yes, but "totally accepting" the pain and the happiness" in life requires not clinging or resisting reality and that is the Buddha's message. Easy to say, not easy to do. Easier to do when one is a comfortable elderly person passing the time in leisure . . . . . . . . . . .surrounded by admirers and fussed over. I'd be happy too😀
