This is legit. There are some very useful tips that are easily ignored. My defense immediately improved just from picking the correct right stick response during a 1v1. Great work, as always!
Finally someone does a video on the RS cutoff animation they added
This is so fire. The quality of your vids just keep getting better in both content and style. 🔥
Another absolute sauce video.
LS dribbles OP asf
Just made a lock no more than 3 days ago on the rebirth, a small guard with long wingspan and high shooting/steal ratings. This I think will help me with this issue I was having with unintentionally fouling on the drives and not contesting like I want to.
Yeah you’ll really maximize your wingspan with the hands up advice and vertical contest animation
@@Jerseymad93 each video this year has got some piece of my game right and made it way more likely that I’m getting the right animation or the right outcome out of my player. Elite work for real
@@ant_athomethank you bro. Really means everything trying to keep giving content that helps
The dropstep contest and the on ball shading tips were crucial. Appreciate the info bro! (12)
🙏 appreciate you bro for watching and got more videos on defense on the way
So much made about the offensive improvements, I wasn’t aware of many of these defensive mechanics changes. That’s obviously on me but it’s great to have a video like this highlighting them. Thanks for all your hard work
Man I always love when when I get a notification that jerseymade93 dropped a new video haha.. I already know the game inside and out and been playing since like 06 but your vids really help me fine toon my game this year and last year. Keep em coming bro!
12 as always to ya my man always veey insightful on the game of ball in general man keep up the great work as always brotha 💪
Great content as usual.
Thank you Kevin 🙏
TWELVE 12 🎉. Great video bro. Confirmed all my presumptions and made me way more confident when approaching the defense in 2k25.
Right on time as I’m making my second build
What build are you cooking up bro? 👀
12.. Got a 6’9 lockdown with 85 steal 92 perimeter and 93 block .. I can guard 1-4 but I’m ready to try out this right stick cutoff on the faster guards everything else I already use
Great video easy to understand tutorial keep up the great work. 12!
12...hands up, strip steal 💪🏿
Great video brother. Didn't know up/down flicks on the right stick triggered cut off moves too.
Thank you king💪🏾 I needed this video.
12 ion know how but I've never heard of switching manually this is very valuable information
great video bro! 12
Great vid ❤
Tbh ,would love a more in-depth tutorial on how to stop post scores ,that literally just spam drop steps
not much to it tbh, just make your builds with interior defense and strength. need both to stop drop steps
Also I don’t really know what else to really add. The video shows how to stop the drop step, you just read when the offensive player goes for it and use one of the contesting options I gave
Hold your right stick down the whole time and if you’re fighting for the correct position when they drop step into you and gather the ball you’ll automatically strip the ball. I use this with 60 steal rating and 3/10 times I get a steal from back to the basket moves this way, works way better against driving lay ups and gathers for contact driving dunks I steal far more of those than drop steps using this way
Ain’t no stopping it bro. Don’t matter what defensive stats I got, if I run into a big monster they be having 98-99 post control and just throw me out the way. Throw me so bad I can’t recover to contest the close shot. And of course they have high close shot and use real player percent so everything just goes in
@@user-kw7rt9zl4e u see this is a realistic response because I have a Ben Wallace build with 93 interior, 93 block ,95 strength ,89 perimeter, and 85 vertical, I have legend post move lock down ,I can hold my right stick down and all that but yet I might get a stop 4/10 times
12 😎. Good stuff.
12 much respect, preciate the tips!
💪🏾
Literally just made a lock today, good looks 🙏🏾✊🏾
12!
12. I fuck with the content , definitely learning new thing . I appreciate it bro

Thank you for genuinely watching the entire video bro
12 Could you test out some badges like Legend Postmove Lockdown and Legend Menace??
Would have to use nba players for testing like 2k tutes and not a build. I’m only making one build this year.
12 for sure!
Thank you as always TeaNealz ! Really can’t explain how much the continuous support has mean to me
W video
12 🤞🏾
For shading on dropsteps, is it strictly left or right? Or do I need to move my left stick up or down if they’re on the block dropstepping
Left or right
@@Jerseymad93 thank you
12!!!
I think walking with hands up is gonna go a long way for me
Yo how to contest eurosteps
12 ❤
I need chair pulls back 😭😭😭
I’m so tired of get boxed out by point guards when I’ve got high strength
Worm in front of them bro.. especially if you’ve got high strength you littering throw them aside..
Great video as usual, f*** 12 tho
😂😂😂😂😂😂
How to score on people who camp there center in the paint
Shoot a 3
Make a build that shoots...or learn how to meter dunk.
12?
Big 12
Not true. After the half of the game, it's exactly the opposite with the defense.
