My hunch is that this home was converted to an art gallery/artist studio building. Would explain kitchen in basement with rooms upstairs with lots of storage for art supplies and studios; sandblaster could have been used for ceramics/pottery. The size of the paintings in the entrance area is another clue for me. Anyway, nice explore. Thanks for taking us along.
I really liked this little house!! Love the wood work even though it shouldn’t have been painted!! And the deep window frames/sills!!! Thanks for sharing!!! 💖💖💖💖 💖
Kitchen and bathroom downstairs and living space upstairs, odd. Wonder if there was a business there at one time. The bases for outdoor umbrellas and the benches seem to be plentiful for just family use. I think this place was really impressive in earlier days. Thanks, Noah
The large windows would have made it attractive as studio space for making art. The hanging polythene in the basement might be the remains of spray booths for using an air compressor. There are plenty of paint tins.
Love those thick stone walls, not too many houses where you can sit on the window sills. Nice basement, could it not be below grade? Unlike the usual basement I notice the windows are at a normal level. Thanks for the tour Noah! 👍👍👍
Wow, kitchen in the basement, this was an overall cool little explore of a tiny little🏠house🏘️🏡, I bet it was nice back in the day. And I bet it was nicer in it's original form, if they did stuff to this house.
the amount of chairs, benches, tables, umbrella stands, planters makes me wonder if someone tried to turn it into some sort of event venue....or if the city is just using it for forgotten storage. Sad to see a beautiful old house like this decay.
I wonder if someone had planned to turn the house into an art gallery. That would explain why the paintings are there, they were probably brought in before the decay started. That big room next to them would probably be turned into a viewing room and the room where they are sitting now would be for smaller paintings. The upstairs would be storage and offices/bedrooms and the basement would be where the owners lived.
when you did the Ariel view at the very beginning of the video I was looking at the roof and oh my god it's just wasted there's holes everywhere shingles are bad it's no wonder it's so bad inside pretty soon there ain't going to be much left to that house because the roof is so bad but it was a good explorer it's good that you got it while you can actually still move around in there. Smart of you to wear respirator probably a lot of mold in there.
Hey Noah. Good to see you. A real nice little house. Natural decay is the best. I agree. This house has loads of it. Pretty awesome Noah. You stay safe now.
Lovely large kitchen. Seems beyond repair now. Very noisy place, sounds like a very busy road nearby. Seems like there are lots and lots of these abandoned homes in your area. Such a shame.
Wow. Jealous of all those big shelves. They may have been used for placing paper & artworks on, if it was last in use as an ateliar, art studio, or art school. If there was sculpture being made that might be what the sandblasting machine was for.
None of the outdoor furniture etc would be as abandoned as the house, it looks like whoever chose to maintain the grounds, had used the basement area for storage
Hi Noah This house is in real rough shape. MIT deserves to be demolished. The only thing I liked in there was that cat painting. That’s it. That basement was kind of creepy. I am glad to see you wearing a mask in this place. You used to bring your dad on your explorations but you haven’t in a long time. He is missed and I hope he is well. Stay safe and well out there.
No I don't think decay is beautiful, I think it's sad to see that old beautiful home rotting away it has some beautiful wood details from another century.sad this home isn't being saved for a new family to live in it and have it live on for another century.
Excellent find and excellent tour Noah! Thanks for taking us along!!

I agree, nice observation. 👍
I loved that big window over the kitchen sink! It must have been gorgeous.
Too big. Get exhausted working in that huge room.

So weird the rusty kitchen was in the basement. I enjoyed the explore as always! A big thumbs up from me Noah! 👍😊
Why are there so many abandoned homes in Canada?
Love the filming, lighting, sound, and attention to details. Another cool video indeed! 👉👍❤

Deep windowsills for ghosts to sit in and peer at you from afar. Like that freaky cat painting.

Kitchen is awesome, and the views.
What a wonderful place! It’s a shame we couldn’t have seen it in its original state
Nice drone shots absolutely beautiful.
I love these old farmhouses. They're so well built
if the stone outer shell is good, totally gut the house & re build the inside
Great explore! Be careful out there Noah! 🥰🥰

Very neat explore. The artwork left behind is beautiful. Awesome as always. Hugs Noah 😊
So interesting how the kitchen and bathroom are in the basement
Thank you for the video Noah! I noticed there were two fireplace chimneys and I was wondering where the other fireplace was? Did you notice it?
Awesome video man. The decay is pretty cool on that place. I found some of those chairs and items out of place compared to how everything else looked

Awesome video thanks 👍
I like stone houses. This was a good one Noah. 👍🏻
Hiya Noah, great find 👍
Sometimes people have the living room upstairs to take advantage of any views.

That kind of sucks. I would love a cool old house like that. A shame someone didn’t save it.
Great exploration

Strange... Possible wedding venue maybe?
Sounds like a lawn mower in the background
thx for wearing good mask 👍
Have you ever fell through a floor?
Interesting 🤔

Some of the built-in look original, the rest are tacky.
