I modded my PS vita just to play this portable! I have better luck on the low mountain mage, thought it was luck when using the PS2 but i did it on vita and got MBD on my 4th win on him, but like you say its based on luck i guess. Trying to see if i can get another one off him, currently around 100 wins now but not yet. Helps with the mountain with my dragons also.
Also if anyone has the OLED vita model (phat one) i recommend modding it as this game looks incredible on the OLED screen, its so crisp and sharp looks HD. Even though I know its not the most graphical game but its a really nice touch!
So I almost had the game beat on an emulator I got 1 mbd from meadow Mage in 140 games and 2 mbd from jono in 40!!!! But I fucking saved over it now I got 1 mbd in 450vs mm and 0 from jono but he did give me 3 red eyes this time I also got like 10 dark magicians where I only had 1 in the deck I saved over. My question is can certain cards in my deck decrease my chances of pulling certain cards?

He has Meteor B Dragon at SA pow with Red Eyes B Dragon(meteor dragon+Red Eyes B Dragon=Meteor B Dragon. Getting 3 of both dragons & 3 MBD results in 6 total 3500 atk dragons.).

150 games won, no MBD :( 4 Gaias, 3 darkmages, 1 skull warrior. I just wand 3 mbds

no, its a randomizer that doesnt take any of your cards into account
