    The Texas Bull vs. The Spanish Matador
    An amazing duel between two of the best around currently.

    Sheffler's swing, whilst not stylistically perfect, is an amazing example of weight shifting. With most players, you can't really tell where their weight is during the downswing and through impact. Scheffler, with his unorthodox right foot movement, clearly shows you where your weight should be throughout the swing.

      Where? I don't know that anything is clear from that swing. His balance is all over the place

      @@gregwolfe8005 not true, if the weight was on the back foot, it couldn't slide like it does.

    Jon's approaches and targeting pins with bounce and check-stop are on another lever-period. Can't wait on Majors

    Love the tracers on thise videos. Some tee shots on open holes, if without bird view-you just have no idea if ball went 100y or was it 270y..also approach shots tracers are nice to see

    great match.
    Better editing than some of the other rubbish, but still ... get someone who actually understand match play to decide what is in and out.
    On the last hole when the match was in the balance you did not show the second shots which were critical to the outcome.

    You can see why Sceffler is No.1 in the world rankings ahead of players like Rory, Rahm, Hovland and other top class golfers. even with his terrible putting. Halving match with in form Rahm while putting like a 28 handicapper is ridiculous.

      @@Hamishleonard an inch in front yes. the ball should be touching the marker. You cant put your down with space between. Its an illegal drop plain and simple. A lot of golfers doing this. With their averages an inch will increase their putting rate.

    • @Oldtinear
      @Oldtinear ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mikechar17 Looked OK to me. I did not see a significant gap. The ball cannot be actually touching the marker, as you suggest - this risks catching and moving the ball as the marker is removed.
