Very cool, I am going with upgraded tie rods very soon so I will be checking the rack as well. Now I know whats in there if I end up rebuilding. Well done!
I really like your KRX videos. I am looking at buy one soon. I am wondering if there is any difference from 2020 to 2024 For my first KRX I’m think of buy used but figured you would be the best to ask if there a better year then the other.
I believe the only real differences are a heat deflector up front to help lower cab temps, upgraded gears in the trans to help the popping out of gear that used to happen a lot on older models and in 2023 they changed the primary clutches a little bit! Nothing to crazy if an older one is in good shape I wouldn’t be worried about buying it
You guys are great always I mean not one time have you done a job and not explained it very very well thanks Steve for helping all of us on here

With that grease work, you can pump extra grease in there to help push dirt out after every ride and water
The tech videos are great
Great video!
It be good to be able to pump grease in after a ride to help keep or push water out.
Another great informative video! 👍🏼
Know one likes a SAGGY RACK :) ...... GREAT VIDEO.

6 Months later, any issues with the rack?
The bushings were not snug enough for my liking so I machined my own with much tighter tolerances and then it was perfect after that!
Are you planning on putting the steering rack bushings on your website for sale?
Why are you not running the rubber boots ?
I install the rubber boots after the tie rods are installed.
