Hated that they had Yosef on - why give this man a platform again? If they ask him to come on BIP, that's disgusting. Also didn't like how he tried to defend himself with "You'll notice it didn't get heated until she started talking." as though everything he was saying before Clare stood up for herself was totally fine and mature because he wasn't yelling. You could have been whispering those words, bro, doesn't make them any less abusive and toxic. Another big insight into how messed up he is.
When Blake was sent home it reminded me of how Tayshia was when Colton broke up with her and he was all distraught and she was just there to comfort him. Blake did the same, was just there and comforted her.

These are men that alluded to having rough childhoods. It seemed like the men who defended Bennett were on the wealthy side and the ones who called bennet out had more humble upbringings. That's just the vibe I got.
Love Riley! And love Ivan, Brendan, & Zac! Yosef & Bennett were the only men out of all of them who had behaviours suggesting they might not be genuinely good guys.

I think that everyone has the right to ask for an explanation in a break up, no matter the circumstances... doesn't matter how long or kind of relationship, both parts have equal rights and it doesn't matter if the questioning comes from a man or a woman. Sometimes that's just what you need to get closure. Also, I feel like Riley was just frustrated because he just opened up about his family and past like 5 minutes ago, I don't think he would have done that if he didn't think that she was going to pick him or at least keep him around a little bit longer. Specifically, Among family friends he was called “baby herb” (I think herb might be a family name?) and Noah talked about how much “baby herb” used to bother him. I was so pissed when I saw that sippy cup. I had flashbacks when that awful girl shoved a pacifier in Demi's face at the women tell all. I could tell that young noah comments were triggering to him. I totally agree with Jess about Tayshia being sad. The biggest giveaway to me was when Chris asked if she was glad she chose to come be the Bachelorette, and she said something like "of course, because I got to meet you guys." Noah probably did read the book. It's a small one, simple grade 9 level language and, oh yah, Noah is smart! He started college at 16years old. He went to a regular university. Fun fact, at "elite" schools you can take your tests home. It supposedly runs on the honour system. However, it's really so they can pay an actual smart person to take it. That's why they really pay the big bucks.
Unpopular opinions! something rubs me the wrong way about Ivan. Not a horrible person just not right for Tayshia. I think a lot of his identity is tied to being “good” and “respectable” (which I don’t think are his fault) and the roles that fall under that. We can see that with his relationship with and juxtaposition to his brother, his career objectives and lifestyle/family goals. I feel like he doesn’t really know who he truly is outside of this identity and these roles. There’s also a sense of control I feel he would want to have over his partner to maintain respectability, to portray “goodness.” It wouldn’t be overt abuse or control, but very subtle entitlement and expectation setting. Again, these is purely speculation. Similarly, and what Bekah mentioned in a previous podcast, I feel like Zac needs to experience more life outside of addiction and recovery before he can settle down. He’s missed out on a lot of life. Again, speculation and just gut feelings. Don’t come for me lol.

During the MTA when he’s giving out glasses of his green juice and he gives Noah a sip cup, he calls Noah “baby herb”. I saw a clip on Rachel’s podcast where he mentioned that he’s always stood out because of his age in comparison to his friends/ coworkers. Specifically, Among family friends he was called “baby herb” (I think herb might be a family name?) and Noah talked about how much “baby herb” used to bother him. Noah probably shared that with the guys and here’s Bennett using that intimate detail against him .
I was so pissed when I saw that sippy cup. I had flashbacks when that awful girl shoved a pacifier in Demi's face at the women tell all. I could tell that young noah comments were triggering to him. I give him a lot of props bc he handled it like a real man 👏👏. That would be a hard thing to let go and not restart drama over.

I totally agree with Jess about Tayshia being sad. The biggest giveaway to me was when Chris asked if she was glad she chose to come be the Bachelorette, and she said something like "of course, because I got to meet you guys." It just didn't sound like the answer of someone who is currently with someone/happy. Also on Ellen, when Ellen asked her if she's happy, she seemed to pretty reluctantly say yes.

If anybody, he should be annoyed at the show. I feel so sad, (and a little concerned) for his daughter if he thinks speaking like this to anyone, especially a female, is okay. Edit: And Yosef talked about it being humiliating only shows his own insecurities b/c he would not have been confident enough to be half-naked, (naked?) so he sees it as "shameful".

Noah probably did read the book. It's a small one, simple grade 9 level language and, oh yah, Noah is smart! He started college at 16years old. He went to a regular university. Fun fact, at "elite" schools you can take your tests home. It supposedly runs on the honour system. However, it's really so they can pay an actual smart person to take it. That's why they really pay the big bucks.
Unpopular opinions! something rubs me the wrong way about Ivan. Not a horrible person just not right for Tayshia. I think a lot of his identity is tied to being “good” and “respectable” (which I don’t think are his fault) and the roles that fall under that. We can see that with his relationship with and juxtaposition to his brother, his career objectives and lifestyle/family goals. I feel like he doesn’t really know who he truly is outside of this identity and these roles. There’s also a sense of control I feel he would want to have over his partner to maintain respectability, to portray “goodness.” It wouldn’t be overt abuse or control, but very subtle entitlement and expectation setting. Again, these is purely speculation.
Similarly, and what Bekah mentioned in a previous podcast, I feel like Zac needs to experience more life outside of addiction and recovery before he can settle down. He’s missed out on a lot of life. Again, speculation and just gut feelings. Don’t come for me lol.
