I like to think that why its a trolled trinket is that, since the coal trinket comes when u complete twisted coal and the term coal in christmas means bad luck or a naughty kid. So its why the coal is like that because a Coal is a gift for naughty kids !! Its only my thought though :3

I feel like reducing the speed stats by 10% instead of 20% would have given this trinket a lot more usage since it would be easier to counter the speed loss with another trinket. This could have lead to some awesome alternative sets for some distractors like flutter who really need the stealth reduction.
I don't even know what Blush Crunch was thinking. Not only are the toons NOT worth it, and copies of existing characters but.. kinda worse. (Except Bobette who I personally hate playing as.) They fumbled their trinkets so bad, the only remotely good one is Ginger's trinket, it's actually useful if you pair it with an active ability decrease item like sweet charm or snakes in a can! (Preferably for Tisha, Gigi, Toodles.. ect) Then came along brick and coal.. brick from the start was a joke, but despite Coal's silly appearance, she was actually pretty good? Her twisted mechanic is so creative, even if it doesn't happen all that often. Then they had to make her trinket something so useless that nobody will ever use, it's just wasted space. She should at least have a good trinket since she's limited time, but no.. we're stuck with another useless trinket among the many ☹️

This changes will make it far better than what we got
Honestly the Coal trinket could be used for distractors like Pebble who have 3 star stealth to lower stealth so it’s easier to keep the Twisteds on you, the speed de buff tho you could reduce it with speed trinkets like dog plush, speed shoes or bone, but if you’re playing as pebble the lowered speed really won’t be much of an issue for you
I tried distracting with both the coal trinket and dog plush as pebble (this is becaude i thought it INCREASED your speed) and while walking youre slower than twisted cosmo on aggro, so not that good

@@CyanYT825 More stealth = less likely a twisted will chase you If a twisted sees two toons, the twisted will always pick the toon with the lowest stealth (unless both toons have the same stealth then it chooses the closest one)
The worse Stealth, the more you got seen by Twisteds, if you got good Stealth, twisteds will see you rarely (small LOS, line of sight) If you have a bad stealth (1-2 stars) it will be challenging for you to walk around the map(sorry for my grammar, English is not my first language!!)@@CyanYT825

In my opinion, it could probably be used with Pebbles most effectively if paired with the dog plush to nullify that 20% to 10% (in walking speed). Obviously it isn't ideal, but that stealth change can do WONDERS for Pebs and his 3 star stealth; distractors would only really have to worry about the usual 1-2 stealthers still, but it's easier to pick twisteds off of 3 stealthher temmates. ...but yeah the speed thing sucks lol

Aside from coal, this trinket from Bobette "toy kit" has became a disaster for us as the devolopers changed it because of a "BUG", it was really useful other than now, you can spam your ability when using it, but now, we can't because the devs dont want it no more.
A lump of Gold trinket should be like coal except it increases your research and tapes gain on top of that as a reward for the extra challenge. Coal would be better if it increased stealth by quite a bit but lowered stamina by a bit

I don’t know why but I actually love gingers trinket. Before the update, I used to panic spam my ability when I was chased and got to 0 stamina. Now, the trinket actually makes the usage of that ability way more helpful.

Even though Coal is a worse brick, I think it’s possible to work with it. Mostly with Pebble. His 3 star stealth will make the -10% stealth great, but the -20% walk and run speed will be hard to work with. Maybe if you paired Dog Plush and Coal together… that way you get -10% stealth, but 10% less walk speed and 20% run speed. Other speed trinkets can work too. Speedy Shoes / Coal: -15% walk and run speed Pink Bow / Coal: -20% walk speed, -12.5% run speed You can use this with other distractors with 3 star stealth, like Flutter, Coal, and Tisha. However it will be harder because they have 4 star speed. That’s why Pebble could work easier with this. However I DO NOT recommend using Coal at all unless for a challenge, even using it for distracting won’t be worth it as even a 10% stealth reduction won’t do much. If you do decide to use it, it’s best you have experience with distracting.
I THOUGHT IT DECREASED STEALTH AND GAVE YOU 20% MORE RUN SPEED- but it being straight up coal that’s reasonable (you get coal from “Santa” if you’ve been naughty)

3:15 you can actually hide behind the red chair and you will be completely fine. Did it as shrimpo once and i was a-okay
I think it should make you lose 10% stealth and walk and run speed by 20% BUT it should make you lose 5% stealth and you get a extra 50% run and walk speed during black outs
Aside from coal, this trinket from Bobette "toy kit" has became a disaster for us as the devolopers changed it because of a "BUG", it was really useful other than now, you can spam your ability when using it, but now, we can't because the devs dont want it no more.

A lump of Gold trinket should be like coal except it increases your research and tapes gain on top of that as a reward for the extra challenge. Coal would be better if it increased stealth by quite a bit but lowered stamina by a bit

Coal trinket:brilliant for brightney mains who crave challenges. Seeming we already have 1 star of stealth this does not nullify us. It makes us stronger
I don’t know why but I actually love gingers trinket. Before the update, I used to panic spam my ability when I was chased and got to 0 stamina. Now, the trinket actually makes the usage of that ability way more helpful.

it’s funny how some people ship pebble x coal but when they realise coal is a girl they’re like “WHAT?!” like it’s FINE to have a not gay ship😭😭
Even though Coal is a worse brick, I think it’s possible to work with it. Mostly with Pebble. His 3 star stealth will make the -10% stealth great, but the -20% walk and run speed will be hard to work with. Maybe if you paired Dog Plush and Coal together… that way you get -10% stealth, but 10% less walk speed and 20% run speed. Other speed trinkets can work too.
Speedy Shoes / Coal: -15% walk and run speed
Pink Bow / Coal: -20% walk speed, -12.5% run speed
You can use this with other distractors with 3 star stealth, like Flutter, Coal, and Tisha. However it will be harder because they have 4 star speed. That’s why Pebble could work easier with this.
However I DO NOT recommend using Coal at all unless for a challenge, even using it for distracting won’t be worth it as even a 10% stealth reduction won’t do much.
If you do decide to use it, it’s best you have experience with distracting.
