The kids playing area has concrete hard floors . Here someone should take initiative and have sand on the floors so that if kids fall they don’t get hurt . Cover the kids play area in the centre with sand and have concrete around for safety. That’s my view

It is for all resident of township, and for kohinoor customer yes, because they are paying townships common maintenance charges, which includes this park. Charges are mentioned in there aggreement.

Absolutely | Tata Technology and Infosys are the closest followed by all IT brands in Hinjewadi phase 2 and 3.
if the Central park is open for all Public , i don't feel it will sustain & maintain .
You have a valid point. But let’s put it this way, the township projects under VTP, Godrej, Kohinoor and Saheel already offer way more amenities inside their society than what this central park is offering. So may be in the beginning you might see some crowd, but eventually people will stick to their own society amenities. Fingers crossed 🙂

@@deepakkukawalkar9248 As of now its public. Once all construction is completed , there will be access card given. So , in short whoever pays township maintenance only they will get access.
Can you confirm on a straight 4 lane road from BU Bhandari? Builders have shown dreams to customers and sold flats like anything.....after so many years now we have seen that they are making the road for Hinjewadi. Please let us know about the BU bhandari road
