I use a Purple Panda mic in my helmet and a Zoom H1N in my backpack for engine sounds. Depending on the video I’ll sync them up and decide which one should be louder.

what do you use to record audio? I always like how I can hear the engine sounds in your videos.

My advice would be just to start and learn as you go, that’s still what I’m doing!
