Due to some complaints we want to clear a couple of things up. This build is based on and a stun optimization of "The Unshaper" build by Xevosh, which you can see here: www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1985677 This build has now been optimized to achieve reliable permastuns instead of maximum damage output. Obviously this was not made clear enough both visually and in choice of wording in the montage video and for that we apologize. A more proper wording would have been "This build was based on..." or "This build was a stun optimization of..." to give proper credit to the damage setup that was used and its creator. That being said, it is very important to make the distinction between "The Unshaper" which is optimized for damage and "Permastun it all" which is optimized for permastuns and is the first PoE video montage which showcases a permastun on Shaper in all phases. In the future, we will be more clear in our phrasing and visual presentation when giving credit to the inspiration for the build that we present.
Nice Build, works pretty well, only small problem is, you didnt say strictly not enchant gloves or boots in lab, cuze the boots and gloves will loose the stats (melee dmg, fire & cold resist)... Can u explain why use these gloves & boots ?
I wouldn't recommend trying Stun it All in 3.0 as it's very uncertain what results you can get from it (in terms of stunning high tier bosses). Stun it all has been replaced with Permastun it all as our recommended version of the "stunlock-everything" concept since it achieves more reliable permastuns without any support. A better alternative if you want to stay on the low with currency is our AFK Gone Balls (where all the core items are still cheap). But it's totally up to you of course! :) Hope this helps! ;)

Its like og you tried making one of the builds from "Path of exile builds". Its Copy Paste by people that dont understand the game. Find Another channel if you want to actually gain Something.

While I fully understand this is a valid build, there's nothing special about it. I fully expected the build to use some sort of synergy between Uniques for more Stun, or perhaps to make use of a whole lot of Stun Duration on every rare gear. Maybe even a build that uses Slayer's Overwhelm as a primary passive, and not just a "there's nothing better to get with my last 2 ascendancy points" deal. You could also recommend gear like Perseverance belt, that gives chance to gain both Fortify and Onslaught when you Stun something. Or Ryslatha's Coil belt to gain Life on Stun. Or The Warden's Brand ring that gives chance to gain Frenzy Charges on Stun. Or Death's Hand sceptre that gives chance to gain Power Charges on Stun. It's an excellent build. The build works. The stats are optimised. A permastun build is off-meta and playable still. You permastun Shaper once. You do it twice. Then you stop, because you'd rather do something else. Ultimately, the build is going to get boring fast, and it isn't very interesting to begin with.
Overwhelm is useless för all fights lastning logner than 1 stun (2 secs) and on multi phase bosses. Perservance doesnt help u stunning (leap slam=free fortify) and silverflask =onslaught). Ryslathas is equal to 15% stun threshold red. but u lose life and res. Wardens brand needs you go hit 20 times before breaking even with 3 frenzy charges and you lose all positive mods like life, res and acc from the diamonds. Those charnges makes a build harder to play and therefore more fun? I Dont really know man.
I'm not saying that all of the suggestions have to be used, but when looking at most builds in PoE, I expect some interesting feature that makes it fun. This build is basically no different from a typical Heavy Strike build, and I'd rather try another build that includes an interesting feature (perhaps utilising Bleed or Poison? these too have some interesting mechanics).
thsscapi Permastun it all does what it claims, what no other build does, permanent stuns shaper, making him unable to do anything untill the phase is over. If that isn't enjoyful, there are thousands of other builds of course as you state. ☺
build seems good even if it didnt have stun, also seem pretty cheap nothing expensive for someone in standard who plays over a year.Like I have all but the diamond rings already in inventory sitting.Harder is to get a new berserker at high level and try it out .
With that dps you dont even need to focus on stun to stun shit.... How much dps is that? 10? 20 millions? Who cares if you can stun Shaper if you kill them in 5 sec...

Nice build guys and GG as always but tbh this is the most expensive build i have seen you put together and with a 6L starforge there are builds that can kill faster with the same investment so makes this redundant but as usual great vid. Still a thumbs up
lol, I have a 200ex+ build and can guarantee you this doesn't cost that much and the damage is about as good as it gets, how would you even want more damage? My 200ex+ build has less damage than that, but it's damn fun to play, and requires some skill.

Yes it does, except we don't have instant leech anymore. But the dmg output and stun mechanics are the same in 3.1!

Despite vaal pact nerf it should still be used in the 3.1 tree. So you should be able to use the same tree as in 3.0
