Really admired the philosophy of the Chef. It was mine as well in my 46yrs in the kitchen. Bad reviews do travel faster than good ones. Also the way he used all his spices to be in harmony with each other and create a new flavor, no one spice stands out. They have achieved true B and H, Balance and Harmony. I so so loved Jafferbhai's food. So so yumm. Al karama has some awesome Indian food joints. I loved New Sindh Punjab restaurant as well. Their Chole Bhature are to die for.
@@Deira854 I'm sure. I was there in 2006-2008. I think roughly there were some 300-350 restaurants. But these 2 are my fav. Maybe even Sarvanaa Bhavan is up there in the most fav food place list.

@@jojyjohn7496 it feels different from the meat texture and from the taste if it bake in charcoal for me. Lamb meat also not to smelly than goat and lamb meat have little bit less cholestrol than goat. But overall they have their own uniqueness. And i suggest when you eat them, have a vegetable, fruit or pickles to counter their cholestrol.
