@@fromthedeserts2724 To be fair, he just filmed his experience. It's not like he made the police harass him or confiscate his filming equipment or try to force him to delete the stuff he had filmed. All while having a permit from the government specifically allowing him to do whatt he was doing. If you were treated like that, you'd probably have a bad impression of that country, too.

One of the nicest aspects of Trevor's vids are his voiceovers and unrelenting enthusiasm. You could watch him from across a crowded restaurant and get the impression he really enjoys what he's eating. Lots of non-verbal communication. Although I remember a few episodes involving intestines...

Hey T J. Ironically Sunny Side also posted a video today from Cairo and his experience was totally opposite of yours. The cops took all his cameras and gear so he shot the video on his phone, later that day they took his phone. Luckily he had already saved the video on another phone. Check it out if you have time. You both had basically the same food. Keep on Ranging 🚶 👍

Sony used a drone, which is banned in Egypt, and what make matters worse, is that it was the anniversary of the revolution, this caught the police's attention and made them panicked. Unfortunately, Sony's bad experience has become so much thought of Egypt, completely ignoring the many beautiful videos that was taken by other TH-camrs.

Hey, you should visit Khan el-Khalili in Kairo and roam the outer parts of it where the goods are actually produced. Very Nice. Also the City of the dead is quite interresting and bizzare.
