- Spider-Man: Across The Sider-Verse is the long-awaited sequel to the universally praised "Into the Spider-Verse". This film is even more ambitious than the first and there's a lot to take in.

I agree with enjoying Into The Spider-Verse more, on a visual scale, Across The Spider-Verse was much more grand, but yeah. Very overwhelming.
Across the Spider verse is much more adult too the complex characters, story telling, themes. I like this one more cause it elevated miles and Gwen character beautiful ITSV was more family friendly this one was more emotional and had more family relationships which superhero films don’t have nowadays.

This movie is definitely one of the best I’ve ever seen like ts was insane in imax
Even tho I was able to keep up, I can see how some wouldn’t like it for being very chaotic and overloading your senses. I kinda like how chaotic a lot do the scenes are because it’s supposed to be overwhelming and stressful. It captures their rage, fear, panic, and pressure. Make you feel how the characters do. And some of the best scenes are just characters talking. Also, I feel like I’m the only one who wasn’t upset about the cliffhanger. I mean, we all knew it was gonna be split into 2, why was anyone surprised? I get infinity war had a climax and it could just end with thanos winning, but we all knew it was coming. We all knew we’d be blue balled, and I wasn’t let down. So why are people dissatisfied when they told us what to expect

This movie was something special I had to go back and watch it again, the only thing I can say was too much were the glitches in the beginning but I never felt overwhelmed only fully invested I was on the journey. Surprise that some say it’s fast paced cause some said it was slow. I think it it’s a perfect middle film.
Yeah, I watched it in theaters whilst I was going through a really hard time to put it vaguely and the movie really worsened my distress when watching it. It was quite honestly painful mentally to watch, but I simtaniusly thought so much of it was extremely well done as well, from the artistry such as in the coloring of the scene between Gwen and her Father pointing the gun at her (and other scenes as well between them), the visuals, voice acting, music, etc. It was incredibly well made but my god I just could not handle it at the time, may rewatch it sometime in the future with an open mind to see if I like or love it the next time!
Great review. I really loved the movie and I feel like the only problem I had with it was that I just did not want it to end. I didn't think it was possible for the movie to come close to the forst one. But it easily lived up to the hype. I just wish the ending was a bit different. I love the message in the movie that anything is possible.
Miles is my favorite character but gwen character arc was done beautiful her expressing her self to her father and learning that her dad give up his job cause he values their relationship more was so good, now she does the same she quit Miguel squad and is heading to help miles. I like the ending miles is faced with his worst nightmare a version of himself that has no powers and his dad is killed.

I love this movie it was really awesome and tons of fun and such a great movie especially as a huge fan of Spider-Man this gave me everything I ever wanted which I approve :).
It was an incredible work of art. I loved it.
My mom said the same thing. She said she liked the first one more because, visually, the second one had wayyyy too much going on.
Only character I couldn’t figure out was spider-byte. Don’t understand why her character ended up siding with Gwen/Miles over Miguel.
Because she can relate to miles and how and wanting to save his parents miles is a very likable person he made 3 friends already, spider punk, pav and margo. She had a connection when they bumped into each other, pretty much everyone was thrown off by Miguel going insane trying to crack open that wall even Jess was thrown off
Sadly I can't watch it yet because it releases here in June 22
In that case try to avoid spoilers it is an amazing movie in my opinion the best I've probably seen in years
