Great to see Rutt's and Field's translations of the Yijing, both of which I also resort too. Actually I was quite happy to see that Rutt was not a sinologist or academic but a former bishop of Leicester, and did some amazing scholarly work.
Loved this one, always fascinated with different poisons, not some much withe bugs and fungus type but now I have a new rabbit hole. Off to score some water chestnuts 💕
@30 you talk about floating spit, this is also a rudimentary method how you test for Candida, it should be done in the morning before brushing or eating. It's pretty accurate.
@@LorraineWilcox I think it would definitely be within the same category, many modern illness's that are now being called Gu like Lyme also come with other opportunist issues like Candida and such.. Its amazing, how the ancients methods of testing were actually quite sophisticated and aligns even with modern methods

That was exactly my thought since candida can be one of the issues you have when you have gu syndrome in these modern days.
