@ everyone has an opinion. My opinion is that the best combination of size, conditioning and symmetry came from the guys in the 80s. Any of the top ten guys from Lee’s era are better than the top ten guys from Ronnie’s era. Flex Wheeler was amazing. I’ll give you Flex.

Personally, I feel modern bodybuilders have over developed their legs. Lee’s legs were perfectly in proportion to his upper body, and he looked like he could still sprint or run a few miles. He was probably the last Mr. Olympia you can say that about.
I agree, I stopped training legs cause my quads were too big compared to my hamstrings, glutes calves. Don't care about big things anymore. Calves/hamstring dominant legs dominate glute/quad dominant physiques and it's not even close, unless you have super higher vastus lateralist genetics like Shawn Rhoden/Keone Pearson. I love high vastus lateralis insertions lol, which I unfrotunately don't have.
If you really care about athleticism please watch another sport. It's literally called open bodybuilding. It's all about being the biggest you can be with every single body part. Not about looking like you can run or sprint bruh

hard to compare eras because they posed so differently and had different goals in mind. For instance, in back lat spread, they all tried to display it like wings back then. But in 90s they began rolling shoulders back to show more separation. Old eras had that same definition they just didn't display it. Haney 100% had as good if not better, back, than Ronnie. He had lower lat insertions and a wider back. Back then they also didn't sit down during their poses to accentuate their legs because they didn't want out of proportion legs like later on. Most people would prefer to look like Arnold and Haney rather than Ronnie and that is how bodybuilding contests should be judged. The mass monster era was awful for the sport
Lee's right side triceps is thicker and better inserted than his left triceps. I have seen Ronnie flex his right arm triceps one time and he's the same way his right arm triceps insertion has less muscle there. When Ronnie use to hit the FDB you see his right arm has more sweep and is bigger, but the lateral head on his left arm inserted better it is why I think he always hit the side triceps with his left arm. I don't think you necessarily have a better triceps because of your dominant side but more to do with the insertion.
Lee Haney by a few hairs for sure ..... The 2% body fat i would give it to Bruce Lee for sure . Ronnie , towards the end of his career he had the back problems and age factoring in. Not as sharp , but still incredible ! 😅
