Speaking of helping liberate those who are close to us for starters.... I've pretty much been black balled from the Union and from both sides of my family in tryin to educate others. So, I've came to the conclusion that I'm over telling people and wasting my time... for now on... it's trial by fire. I've began implementing processes in my life. So, my life will be the results there of, whether good or bad outcome. Nobody can say that I didn't have the balls to stand up for my rights that I've reclaimed as a status corrected National. For now on my life will be my Testamony for the Faith I have in my Lord and Savior and the Unalienable Rights He granted me when He breathed My Life into My Lungs. Praise be to The Most High Lord. That really sucks about your friends and family. I dont share much with friends and family either they're deep into the matrix. People want the truth but can't handle the truth. You need to study the Bills of Exchange Act as it emphasise how to conditionally accept any unsecured debt. Accept, indorsement , return registered mail, you have just fulfilled your contractual obligation =performance . Equity compels performance.

Are you saying that by performing those actions that one would fulfill the contractual obligations one has with the entity attempting to collect the debt?
I couldn’t think of a better way to word that question, I hope it’s clear. I’m very new to all of this, and legalese has always confused me; partially due to my previous disinterest towards legal and financial systems. I am playing catch-up on not only concepts but the lexicon as well.

What seperates actual doers of wrongs from people preventing wongs against themselves is whether or not there is a man or woman to testify that one has done wrong.
'Is a man going to show up and testify that i did wrong'?
A failing to come to a full stop ticket or not contracting to a tax scheme is not a wrong against fellow man. No man is going to testify that fellow man did him wrong by failing to come to a full stop. No man is going to testify that fellow man owes a debt for 'tax'.
Running over someone's bike or taking and carrying off their bike is a wrong. A man is going to testify that fellow man has done wrong.
Blood on the ground, 'felony'.
The worst thing one can do is harm(harm is physical) fellow man.
Injury is property damage.
Trespass is misuse of fellow mans property.
Property is that which is exclusive to a man from all others in a society. State of mind is property, domestic peace, life mate, one's boy or girl...

My favorites are B (he simplifies and goes deeper in detail on Chris' material plus gives great references, Chris Hauser, (these are in no certain order) Ann von Reitz and all the states Assemblies, Yuesef El, David Straight and I'm sure I'm forgetting lots more. Thank you David for doing this video. I live in Calgary up here in Canada but would still be very interested in taking in a workshop or two. I know we're in different countries but I'm sure I could gleen something that's pertinent for Canada as well.
Great information and concepts I'm hearing so far.
I do want to point out a contradiction though: the title of this video includes "high words" and you continue to use low words. I can somewhat understand using such explatives when describing the evil people and their abuse (though even in those situations there are much better insults and clever ways to cast such things down)
but when you use the words like $#!+ to describe these gems of wisdom and insight (like at 24:09 in the video ) it seems to me you either haven't fully understood the importance of the words we use, or maybe just that you haven't fully applied such knowledge to your actions.
I have a nephew in high school who is interested in this stuff as well, but i have to hesitate sharing a video like this with him because his parents are really strict about bad language in their house.
But honestly thanks for making these videos. The information is so important, and you deserve good things for sharing them with us!

Depends how you personally want to take in the emotion of the wording, I was not offended in any way do to the fact that the wording were not directed at anyone specifically to curse someones body, spirit or individual world. I believe we are all grown here, and if there are young peoples in the audience willingly, their mind must be substantially ahead of their age group. Mostly my opinion!!

You can also rescind the contract. Contracts have a 72 hour period in which they can be rescinded. For example, if you get a ticket, parking or speeding or whatever, you can simply return the ticket within 72 hours (go to the county clerk's office or mail it certified with return receipt) and simply negate the contract. There are many different examples of wording that will effectively accomplish that. I'm not saying CA is wrong in this case, but I think rescision is simpler in many cases.
This didn't work for me when I tried it recently.

32:39 i may be wrong about this, but i believe something like "you have to pay this fine" is a claim, but your example of "pay this fine" is a command, and not a claim.
I have a question. If most dont know this than what about the other side? Whats to stop them from just saying no to the letter and keep going after them for not paying the bill or ticket?

No. This is more for signed contracts that allow conditional acceptance. So, it is almost never legal.
So if you don't have a SS# or birth certificate or any quasi contract with the fed or state and was born at home and only have a bible with in a record of birth signed by witnesses, does "Cestui que Public trust" exist?... Can't find that in Black's law Dictionary 6th edition? I Only find "Cestui que trust": The beneficiary of a trust.... So if I don't have a quasi contract... aka ss#, state license, birth certificate, then I can only be the beneficiary of the Constitution as an American?.... do you think that is correct? "American" definition means : Of or pertaining to the United States. Black's law Dictionar6th ed. pg 81., Definition of "U.S. Citizen" is a federal Citizen according to Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383 (1953)

Yes this is true its Not a magic bullet, i tried this years ago and its NOT easy! Hes talking about fighting in court with the other parties...it didnt work for me, it was way to hard. May have to study diligenty for a year or two then try to apply it to a bill...just dont practice with your electric bill 😂
