Robin is almost 70 years old and frankly looks amazing - but more than that, she seems to have a joyful spirit. Often when people get older, they lose that.
Wow what a super human. Robin commented how authentic ST fans were/are, but she's equally authentic, humble, genuine and to boot, she's gotta be a blast. Robin is probably her neices and nephews' favourite Auntie. I can't get over how kind, joyful, youthful, optimistic and infectious she is. There just aren't many performers or people like Robin. A real beauty and delight. Wishing her a great life and much prosperity.🎉❤
Robin Curtis, what a delightful person and Actor. This was very entertaining, informative and fun to watch. Thank you both for this. 🖖
✌️❤️😀
She’s still stunningly beautiful

This was fabulous. Did such great work with this podcast. I hope that you have many more like this with different actors and different people. I’ll be glad to watch anything you have and thank you for showing us. Robin Curtis still doing well 40 years later and we’re so thankful she appreciates us. We appreciate her one thing. I’m so sad about that. She got messed up with that agreement with Star Trek because I’ve seen deleted scenes in the Blu-ray. It shows she was supposed to a lot more supposed to be a Child, she’s pregnant. That’s why she stayed with his mother because she’s pregnant with Spocks child but they cut the script last minute probably so she could not get extra money which is very sad because that would be an excellent point. Plus had been able to bring her back several different times like in five and six if they kept that in would have explained why Spock was not in Star Trek 7 and it would have made another fascinating character to use in the future of Star Trek just think of it Spocks son or daughter Think of the possibilities what may have been storyline going, great what she did. Thanks for the fun until next time.
My favorite Saavik! and I'm a huge fan of Robin's great acting.
I had a crush on Robin Curtis growing up in the 80's, I remember her not just for Star Trek III, but I remember her on Knight Rider, MacGyver for a couple of episodes, Night Court and Star Trek TNG. She's an amazing actress but I wish they would have brought Savik back for a bit more than they did, they just kind of left her off after her one scene in Star Trek IV.
Of course she is coming to Lancaster. I lived there for 20 years and then had to move upstate during Covid...
She so fun 🎉😂
Thanks, Kyle! Thanks, Robin! 🖖
I've had a crush on Robin ever since the first time I'd seen her in Star Trek 3 and I still have a crush on her. She's truly a beautiful lady and great actress
She hasn't aged one bit.
They need to seriously bring back Saavik in the new trek so we can get some closure with the character.
yey!! thats awesome she needs a treck come back appearance
70 wow she's still bangable 🎉

Would not mind seeing her star as a mature Saavik at some point.
"Admiral, David is dead."
Loved how she did that line. Combo of straight vulcan but with a hint of shocked despair. Her line in IV to Kirk was great too "David died most bravely. He saved Spock. He saved us all. I thought you should know."
@MrAitraining yes. Great delivery of those lines. Great actress.
Aside from any other acting she may have done, nothing personal, her acting in Star Trek III almost singlehandedly destroyed the movie. It was wretched. Kirstie Alley should have been brought back with a pay raise instead of being effed around with and left out of the sequel to The Wrath Of Khan. I thought later that perhaps I had been overly critical. Then I saw Star Trek IV. She sucked the life out of the brief scene she was in. She (the actress herself) seems quite likeable however, and again, this is nothing personal whatsoever. I just think that the particular demands of playing Saavik were beyond her ability, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if she was good in a different role!
Respectfully, I disagree. I thought Robin seemed perfectly Vulcan in Star Trek III. Kirstie Alley was fine in Star Trek II, but I felt she is better in emotive roles.
That's a very singular opinion.
No way. Robin was way more convincing as a Vulcan than Kirstie alley. Cold and cool.
@@MrAitraining I totally agree, that is, if painfully wooden acting would be the determining factor. Otherwise no.
We all have opinions. IDIC. In my opinion, if Leonard Nimoy was happy with her performance, that just bolsters my own appreciation of her portrayal.
