I really want a long video so I can watch the whole area getting cleaned of all that packed dirt. For some reason, watching all the packed dirt getting cleaned down the chute is probably better at calming me than watching the giant boulders getting crushed.
At this problem, instead of that hook shaped tool, we used to use a big "L" shaped one, rotating (pivoting) at the union, the tool can enter into small spaces between rocks and more effectly to release stuck rock. We name it the fish..

Look into drainage videos. It kills anxiety.
They should install a boom system to break apart the over size boulder

When were things like this made and used, they are awesome
there must be tons of ore stuck to the sides of that chute/hopper.
The hopper needs to be cleaned for easy access.
