When it comes to Namjoon, his lyricism is top of the top. I feel it overpowers everything else. It takes a curious and thirsty brain to even comprehend what he says 😅
BTS is honestly very underappreciated They create REAL music with real substance but this type of songs never gets big because the BTS members refuse to sell it, basically songs like 'Daechwhita, The Last, Joke, Forever Rain, Do You' are BTS songs from their free mixtapes (albums) that are released for free. Basically they won't profit anything from it even though they themselves were the ones who completely wrote and produced those songs. As far as I know, they are the only artist that would create songs and albums just to release it for free. They created those songs not for the money nor charts, they just wanted the people who wants to hear their music to listen, which is why songs like these have zero promotion nor would it appear in charts. Basically BTS has 2 types of music, BTS commercialized popular music (ex: Dynamite & Butter) and BTS real music (ex. The Last, Forever Rain)
Outside of RM’s most recent album (Indigo is a masterpiece), Do You is my fave RM solo. A good intro to him bc the lyrics are meaningful, which is what he is all about.

Those are traditional Metronomes are devices that help keep steady time when practicing music. A song generally needs to keep a steady tempo (think speed), otherwise it will sound rushed, dragged, or otherwise chaotic

I'm not done watching yet, but before I forget...we all know the struggle of trying/learning to balance our focus between lyrics, visuals, and audio. May I *suggest* (& you Do You on your own channel 👍) that you try watching the video all the way through *first* then rewatch for the lyrics? I used to like watching again (3rd time) to put it all together. Might help, having a plan, so you can absorb the flow, visuals and lyrics more cohesively without so much need for backtracking (not a criticism). Helped me 🤷♀️
