hi blake love this house the open end off the pool area opposite main house is there room on the plot to build another house section to completely enclose the courtyard
Not that I could afford to buy it, much less pay the taxes and upkeep, but there is nothing homey about this house. The windows remind me of a prison. I would need roller skates in that kitchen. I don’t mean to sound like a hater and I’m sure that someone will buy it and love it.
@@palmsofdestin1 Wouldn’t that just complete the “look”? It’s a lovely house, but like the Progressive Insurance commercials state, I am becoming my parents. I cannot get over prices for properties like that.
Why no elevator ??? I don’t understand these builders the cheapest elevator is only $50,000. If you are going to build a multi million $ home they need to face an elevator. Stairs are great exercise. But for staff that are cleaning or serving elevator makes life easy quicker access. I have seen so many homes without an elevator. When you have older people family coming to stay they may not be able to climb the stairs. If I built homes like these I would at least put in the small round elevator that uses air to lift it. They start at $50,000 and fits 1-2 maybe 3 people. They are round. You see them in a lot of penthouses in Florida.

Again it’s the pool😊
Those are burglar bars for those wild ass teenage rage parties they have in Santa Rosa Beach

Know what you mean. No cooler or rusted out car in the backyard.

The light fixture in the downstairs powder room looked like it was going to say ' feed me Seymour '
If you don’t like the house why don’t you just keep scrolling?

Certainly it’s a lot more fun to look at things that I cannot afford. No harm no foul.

Those windows are eye soars. They look like burglar bars and not beachy whatsoever.
You really think so?
