The Clan and the Clun, two steam engines come to London!

I had planned to chase 1Z48 for most of this day however I found that my train to Devon had been cancelled. I quickly found that Clan Line was to work a pullman circular out of Victoria and that it would be climbing the 1 in 110 through Sydenham Hill. Here she comes through looking fantastic. It was a long time until Clun Castle was to come through so I opted to go to Burnham in the hopes of getting it at great speed. Thankfully I got the speed but not so much in terms of noise. Still a worthwhile day out and thanks to the people I met along the way!

I guess they have to blend in with the train somehow. Most passengers probably wouldn't notice.
