I so agree with using basic moisturizer for the body. I use the Pureology Hydration line for my hair. It used to be carried at my hair salon, but they stopped using it when it was purchased by L’Oréal. But I still use it and enjoy it. One splurge is Sisley’s finishing cream. It really helps me get my best blowout. I also agree that Chantecaille’s best skin products are their face masks. Lastly, my Dermatologist recommended the Better Skin Science line. So far, no irritation from their Retinol. I was never able to ease into Retin A. Great video! ❤ Sorry, not familiar with the lotion emoji.
No, it isn’t. I just meant to say that Pureology was sold right next to other ‘professional grade’ shampoos like Kerastasse until it was sold to L’Oreal, at which point my salon removed it because it can be purchased outside of a salon. Not in the same league any longer.
Love the Émile Cordon Lip Balms too! I’ve almost finished the White Truffle (my favorite so far) & almost ready to start St. Bart’s Soleil, but honestly, all of the varieties I’ve tried from them are amazing!👍😊
Hi Ally! Love your channel! Been a subscriber from the beginning. Wanted to say, you’re so gorgeous without a dot of makeup!!! Wish I was that blessed 😂
Love seeing your empties - really interesting options. Emile Corden lives on my nightstand too but in the Hampton version which automatically carries me back to summer beach memories. I’m loving the new Tatcha Hinoki body wash and esp the body lotion - I’m addicted to Hinoki and love how my skin smells. A Japanese brand - Chidoriya - makes a Hinoki balm I use when my lips are hyper dry or when I get a cold sore which it seems to make go away. I’ve had a Chidoriya facial once an never looked so good. The balm is on Amazon. (Lotion emoji)
Hi Ally- for my body, I’ve been leaning lately, towards some luxury products, but not outrageously pricey- but a little nicer than drugstore, let’s say. I love the Osea Body Oil and Carter and Jane make a lovely Body Butter/oil that i love to use in conjunction with it, especially the very dry areas-elbows, arms, etc. and then don’t have to use as much of the Osea Oil, which is pretty pricey.
I use a drugstore moisturizer for my body, either CeraVe or Curel. But I do use a luxury body serum for anti-aging. Currently, it is Josh Rosebrook Body Acid Serum. Maybe you should do a Drugstore Favorites video. 💙
I like the sublimage line, but the fragrance is too much for me, especially in the skincare. I do wish there was less of that for sure. I do like a specific luxury line, Gylcelene, it’s a US brand, but of my they have the most luxurious body butters(Moroccan rose is🥰), oils, and scrubs. Hillary duff mentioned it in one of those Elle GRWM videos some years ago, and I’ve been hooked on them ever since. Not so much the face skincare, but everything else🤭
@@makeupboxfyi It was worth it but hard to come by. I think the brand was Meder beauty and their sheet masks were good but I think I had to pay Swiss duties.
Always enjoy seeing the skincare you've been using up. I always take notes!
Oh thank you! 🤍💜
Good morning Allie!! You are STUNNING as always cherie!
Oh thank you! 🥰🥰
These are so helpful. You explain they why’s and why nots. Love
Thank you 😊
Nice Alli. One thing I always finish up is sublimage face cream 💕
It's so good!
I love these Kind of videos. Thanks Allison 😍
I'm so glad! 😘
Nice video! All your products seem very nice especially that sublimage mask by Chanel! 🥰🥰
It's so good!
I love the Murad Vitamin C serum too!❤

I haven’t tried L’Oreal yet but I’ve heard great things about their Kerastasse line.
Kerastasse is, of course, the luxury line - probably more comparable wit Oribe.
@@maureenturk8578 Is it part of L'Oreal too?

They’re so good! I love their summer or vacation inspired scents.
I occasionally use some higher priced body care but not crazy expensive- just a bit higher than drugstore. Mostly use drugstore for my body.
Same Marie ❤

Another fantastic video 😊😍 I'm looking for a good face oil what would you recommend, thank you 😊 Take Care. Gill 🇬🇧 xoxo 😘
Thank you! I’ve loved the Chantecaille face oil, the Drunk Elephant facial oil and the Chanel Jasmin face oil.

Thanks Christina 🥰 I’ll have to look into that brand.

Quick question, have you tried the A313 retinal?
Not yet but I want to!

I love those celebrity GRWM 😂 I’ve made purchases based off of those too.

@@makeupboxfyi I once bought expensive Swiss sheet masks because of Carey Mulligan 🫢
