Right guys first and foremost I want to thank each and every one of you for your support this year , it has been without doubt our toughest year I can ever remember, from flying great at the start of the old bird season to the smash at the first National where we lost all of our main pigeons , we managed to get the birds back to form for the final 2 races of the old bird season and of course we got to witness the 320 hen win her 9th race . I said when the ybs started we don’t win till Chelmsford and so it proved winning the fed and section but unfortunately losing 19 birds and then today the yb national once again we won the fed and section and 2nd UNC, could he have won we will never know , we know he came back over and we know he lost 37 seconds on the trap , but listen in pigeon racing it’s first bird in the trap wins the race so huge congratulations to the winner and it’s thoroughly deserved , we have won the silver medal and we are over the moon with that and we come back next year and try again . It’s my biggest ambition in life to see my dad holding another combine winner and we will do everything we can to one day make it happen. I don’t know if we send the 9 birds we left at home to wetherby but if we do il upload the video but if not il be putting out a small video of our auction birds for anyone who is interested and to the rest of you I hope to see you next season . @alibrospigeons8317 I watch your videos from West Cumbria. I flew with westcumbria fed but don't fly anymore now due to different circumstances. Some of our club members entered the Scottish national flying club one loft race. Members drew out of a hat who would breed the young birds that would go to Scotland anyway. Our pigeon that was bred by j Fitzsimmons and son won us the race and also £21000.00 also our 2nd pigeon bred by Joe Tomlinson won a hot spot race and also well up in the one loft race won us over £2500.00 .it was 10.00 a share and you could have has many shares has you wanted. We had to go up to Scotland to a super and we weir piped in by the piper's. A lot of our members didn't have a go but when the pigeon won the race you could see all the back biten. But we give the club £7000.00 so that was the best thing we did. The most I have ever won flying from portland to cleator moor central flying club was 2600.00 topping the fed the combine and the amal. Their was a special race that day think it was a tenner a bird to enter. Won it with a red yearling cock off reddaniel lines from fountain head lofts Eddie Wright.

Thanks for the kind words Richy, it is all positive from me as I appreciate the work you put into filming as well as Racing the birds which of course is the enjoyment and priority for you, look forward to next year..I have never kept birds myself but helped a friend who used to keep them and have loads of memories myself - including catching a red and white Pied in Jersey years ago which was stamped with name etc from Bradford and in tenerife the other year caught a blue and white pied bird on rocks at the beach it was heat exhausted and took water from my hand before I caught it !! I have the pics on that one. So you see my interest and will follow you keenly next year 🙂
