      We never had a very traditional Xmas in terms of desserts. This week I made filhós for the first time and looked up what rabanadas were. I must say I was surprised it was very much like French toast...
      Vocês no Algarve fecham o a em 'já acabámos', ou saiu-te assim?

    Rabanadas are so delicious! 😍 I have a different way of making them, and I use butter for frying.

    No nordeste da Itália, na cidade de Trieste de onde venho, existe a mesma especialidade com a mesma receita, neste caso chama - se "Schnitte" com clara origem da Áustria. É um doce pobre e antigo. Bom Natal a todos e a todas 😍

    Feliz Natal, Jessica. Penso que a maioria dos canadianos utilizaria xarope de ácer em vez de canela e açúcar.

    Na ilha da Madeira não fazemos rabanadas, eu não conheço ninguém que as façam, no entanto fazemos algo semelhante que é as douradas mas é salgado..não digo que não haja quem faça isso na Madeira.
