Akram you mentioned $600nett per night to stay in this property. It's not worth the price ( interiors looks ok, bathrooms with its interior not so much upto standard) it's fairly a standard property but I must say the landscape with lush green wild 8 acres land is a beautiful patch. You guys must improve on your presentations skills not so much upto date on details and please do not use that lousy music.

Yes for foreigners, if Sri Lankans have the money many would buy it! this has historical value for Sri Lankans (this was made in 1930 by the returning Sri Lankan High Commissioner in London) but 95% of Sri Lankans don't have USD 5.8M drop on a house like this ! also if i remember correctly this was once owned by Gillian Anderson, she started the restoration work, and it was finished by the person who owns it now ! USD 3.3M would be a okay price !
