I'm confused about the base steps before you add eyeshadow. One minute I'm hearing people say set the base because you don't want to mess it up with your eyeshadow and look patchy and the next its don't set it, you want your eyeshadow to stick to the base toast all day. Which is it. Please help

Or maybe it’s just the lighting and the camera idk lmaoo 🥴🥴🥴

Katie what's the white product you apply? And then put the eyeshadow? Its like a cream,not consiler. Its a primer for eyeshadows?
