You might need to attach the vacuum and power tools together using an “extension sleeve” of masking tape so they slide in together securely (or cardboard tube fastened with masking/gaffer tape - like the middles of loo roll/kitchen roll) Renovations, bloody hard work and occasionally depressing having to live with the mess! Keep going! (eye on the prize!)

it really does! the room feels much cosier. I've been trying to convince Rob to let us put the TV above the fireplace for ages. He's not even slightly interested 😂😭
Oh i saw on another channel a shelf for on top of the radiator for behind the couch. For charging phones and stuff. I loved it. I think you should’ve painted the other radiator the same colour as the wall. But wow. Its so coming together. Beautiful.
That's a great idea I really want to try this. Also thinking of painting the rads - they stick out a little too much don't they? Especially that one next to the dining table!
You are so resilient I would have not even have tried. No patience so always pay for a professional the job looks better than a pro. Love the paint colour again can’t wait to see the finished room shutters would finish off the room! I know they are pricey but worth the investment. ❤
Ceiling looks so fresh. All looks great. Stuff your chimney or you can buy a chimney draft excluder if you don't light a fire. Makes a room much cosier.

Literally just told another you tuber this on the weekend 😂 bigger rollers are the only way to knock these jobs out quicker or paint sprayers where the paint stays in the container on the floor rather than holding the weight of the paint in your hand that colour is gorgeous ❤

I felt your pain painting. The larger the brush the more paint you get on the ceiling or walls but those rollers are heavy! You did it, great job. I have watched all your videos but am a bit confused. Why did you remove the old coving? Love the paint colour btw. I think the holes in the multi tool can be used to secure or remove different bolts? For future info, buy curtain poles or tracks suitable for the weight of curtains you are intending to use ie voile or lined fabric curtains. Having fitted hundreds I know all the mistakes people make.
Soo we took the old coving down because it was a plain style and I wanted a little more detail and you can't stick new over old so it had to be removed. Hoping to get a double curtain pole so we can have curtains and voiles - hope it looks good! 🤞🏽
I have an open plan sitting dining kitchen with floor to ceiling patio doors and I have had terrible trouble getting a good finish on my ceiling. I repainted it 3 times now and I’m still not satisfied. I’m considering getting someone in to spray it but I might give the 18” roller a go.
I have an open fire, but it does let a lot of draft in a few years ago. I bought a door that goes onto an open fire, and the best thing ever also its very safe. Nothing can come flying out of the fire.
