For those that have landed here for one reason or another and you're running a business, or thinking of running a business, you ABSOLUTELY MUST listen to or read the book by Michael Gerber called "The E Myth Revisited" and the "The E Myth Mastery." If your business is to ever survive without you, this is a MUST. It sounds to me like the presenter here has done his homework and refers to it often in his content without actually ever mentioning the book - at least not yet. I'm only in the beginning of the video and heard a few things which come from Michael Gerber's work. A+

Now that I'm near the end of the video and the presenter is talking about profit and cash flow getting absorbed, this brings me to another resource that I've learned a ton from. If you want to be profitable with every single job, listen to or read the book "Profit First" from Mike Michalowicz. Since implementing his strategy, I've been profitable with every single job; say good-bye to the old "income - expenses = profit" model, and say hello to a new financial strategy where you're profitable from day one.
