You're good at these kinds of games. I'm more into Light Sensor games and I've played several in the past. Maximum Force, Area 51, Revolution X, LA Machine Guns and Terminator Salvation and House of the Dead where I was one of 3 people who managed to defeat it. For Terminator Salvation, I racked up the top score several times since I was in a grove during it where I was faster on the trigger than the robots. Did a dirty tactic on the robots where I shot them in the mechanical jock strap and they couldn't fire back from being stunned into damage animation loops until they went down. Best way to take down tough bots during it.
@Hotshot I would love to do it but dunno how without having those cabinets. Not really a fan of mame or whatever when it comes to those sorts of games.
Do you have in mind doing 3D Shmups/shooter/Run n gun/action or similars from ps1 someday? Like Galaga: Destination Earth, Eliminator, Blast Radius, Tigershark, Future Cop, Apocalipse? Or you don't enjoy 3D as much?
I do play some run and gun stuff, mostly the Contra series (including the 2 games on PS1). Haven't played any of the ones you mentioned but I'm not opposed to 3D it's just I have so many other things on my plate right now.

I'm also a fan of those types of games. Back in the day I was really into games like house of the dead, police trainer, and point blank.
