Seen them playing at the Sage in Gateshead in Newcastle_Upon_Tyne. And got all the cds. And got the film for Christmas one year. They are a great band.
Never knew these guys were such a talented group .Used to go up port issac to see doc Martin locations ,but didn't know there were singers there as well.
Shame this wasn't recorded in its entirety as a separate film -- or will it be an 'extra' on the eventual DVD release? It would be great to see everyone in the film crew and cast enjoying it as well as the friends themselves.
Prefer acapella Not the same with guitar and accordian - prefer the voices of the Fishermen which is quintessentially raw and so powerful - gets diluted.
Wonderful film....... Would love to see them in person! To sing along would be a true joy!!
