What's the most common ligament to cause problems in the neck? Or how do you identify a problematic ligament through a medical scan or something clinical opposed to just a physio guessing?
Very hard to say, most surgeons would agree, unless it’s a full tear, it can’t really be seen on imaging. However, head posture, the way the injury happened, and potential vertebra in certain abnormal positions would help to identity the issue.
