EQ2 - The Ruins: Elite Dregh (PH) Triggered Spawn

Leaving dock, hang a left, clear building of pawns, plus the one outside. Two Defenders will spawn once pawns cleared. Kill Defenders and Dregh or PH ( PH in vid) will spawn. Takes 5-10 minutes to reset.
