      I suffered from sumat in 1991 yes 28 years ago and just prior to my issue in April 1991 probably few months prior to that I found 5 cigarettes I smoked all 5 in the space of less than 10 mins after that I felt extremely weak all over my body my brain/ mind and body just felt extremely uncomfortable/weak that continued for many months ( I was age 12 wen I smoked the cigarettes) then April 1991 I was still feeling same I recall I stuffed my self eating mums cooking I had just turned 13 I was so so full after the meal all sorts of things started racing in my mind OH I CAN'T BREATHE OH WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN ETC . Then I was in the panic mode and all my body went really warm then it honestly felt like sumat burst inside my stomach then immediately after that I just had no air to breathe I then went to bed being a Sunday night and school next day and I felt the same for weeks and weeks I did visit my doctor and complained I can't breathe but he couldn't find my issue I then automatically healed by July/Aug 1991 .
      I recall whole of 1992 I was perfectly fine.
      It happen again in 1993/94/95/96
      And 1997 and 98 I was perfectly fine I started smoking alot late 98 that made it worse again I was unwell for full 1 year and from 2000 to 2011 full 11 years I was well ..
      Again happen in 2011 and 2013 and I did recover..
      But since June 2018 to now this present day I've been extremely extremely unwell same symptoms but each time its happend since 1991 its gone worse and worse miles miles worse this has been the worse ever ive had to leave work. .
      Ive had umpteen hospital tests / scans and all of the results have been clear. .
      Now that i think back what has caused this i think the cigarettes I smoked made my brain weak and some lose functioning that has all developed in my body the illness really does feel real inside my body basically my brain has conditioned my body for me to feel like this. .
      I domt know what to do I suffer endlessly im considering a brain scan!!

      Very true but you simply cannot reprogram the subconscious in the way you think. The subconscious holds all the ancestral karma passed down through centuries and anyone that understands karma knows it holds all the tools for self discovery and inner peace, which is what every human being is searching for.
      So my point is you don't try and reprogram the subconscious with affirmations, hypnotism etc that don't work, you learn and work with the subconscious through psychoanalysis and raising awareness.

    Meditation is a powerful tool. If you sit and observe, old mental habits start to emerge from the subconcious and by not reacting and strengthening the habits, but just observing they become weaker and weaker. The observing part of the mind becomes stronger, and this helps you in daily life to be aware of your unconcious reactions before you express them and instead take an action the way you want it.

    This is what works for me.
    Target the change you are looking for, example confidence or happiness. Practice a relevant affirmation in the mirror, your car, every chance you get and you can expect results. The mirror works best because it feels like I am talking directly to my subconscious, the person within and getting verification that the inner you is listening. You can become a pro at it by practicing. Make this a part of your daily life and I promise, you will notice a remarkable change in yourself.
    Your opinion of yourself is very powerful.

      I did this years ago.. I sang "keep young and beautiful, it's your duty to be beautiful, keep young and beautiful if you want to be loved".. and as vain as that may sound..it's worked! I've kept my youthful looks and I've always been loved..I'm just lacking in other ways.. so I'm starting this all over again.. positive affirmations and total belief that what I want and need..is already mine!     Because of Dr. Lipton and Joe Dispenza my 13 month old daughter was " programmed" since birth
    I played " love , rich , wealth, prosperity , money , billionaire , public speaking, perfect health affirmations, times tables since she was 0 right out of the womb 95% of the day WE played mozart her first hour of life . Saina my 13 month old is obsessed with books , times tables, love , loving people , and shes learning keyboard/piano. I play her the musical genius and genius affirmations daily. I am with her for 2 years to make sure I am programming her. We also have been reading the max rhymes books since age 0 out of the womb. She reads books on her own throughout the day. We also go to the library 5 days a week.

    I’m trying to find short videos to help my grown son rewire his mind, while and after he gets well from brain infections, which developed from living in his dad’s home that has large amounts of mold which brought down his immune system and allowed stealth infections and tick-borne diseases to manifest. He’s in horrible pain and has severe cognitive decline and neurological and psychological issues. It’s very hard because he just thinks about negativity all day. He probably had these throughout his life beginning at age 7 with meningitis, brain traumas, addictions, etc., but now he has a second chance.
    I want him to know that he doesn’t have to be stuck in a negative loop constantly, so I am adding this video to a playlist for him. He can listen to short videos, when he is not ready to take his life.

    Omg this is very accurate i manifestated a negative belief without being conscious of it. I listen to depressing songs, thinking negative beliefs and it became my reality. Now im changing these limiting beliefs everyday

    Extremely helpful information. I am in the process of getting my mentality back together. After a major break down. I lost my sanity. I have been struggling with a negative subconscious.       @@jan1cem I heard in one of Louise Hay s videos saying that it’s ok to have this doubtful voice pop up when we bring the opposite of our programming in play. In those situations you can be gentle to yourself and say this is my new belief. The old one no longer serves me

    Mad editing. This is amazing. This video is very informative. The problem is that we carry the old patterns in our brains. Therefore, we always feel that awful resistance everytime we seek change. But it doesn't matter, as you repeat to go against the programming, you're first going to feel some fear as you go out of your comfort zone. Once you're out of your comfort zone where you feel safe, but not progressing, you're going to a zone called "Growth Zone". The growth zone is where you're going to finally feel that you're progressing towards your goals. You're going to feel good, comfortable. It's an amazing feeling. When you learn more about Neuroplasticity, you're going to master that brain. You're going to be capable of breaking those unwanted wires or pathways related to some bad habits. Our brains are still mysterious, we don't yet a lot about them. Moreover, science is still exploring that world inside your head. This gives you hope, that in the nearest future, we're going to be able to fight some metal illnesses that today we don't have cure for. Don't worry, science is always in progressing.

    This is so right on, I am living proof of it, I have been reading for over 10 yrs. and how you explained is so great! People have doubted when I have tried to explain this to them, disregarded it, so I am going to play this and say to my family, friends this is what I have trying to been explain ( 0-8 being your core years. )I am going to run my hypnotherapy files to try and help. I find it really interesting that 0-7 children being in theta state and observing close people to them having an impact on the unconscious behaviours. That seems to resonate with me.     A great explanation of the cognitive map, and positive steps to reduce negative programming.
    As we are all individuals, and videos like this are by necessity generalisations, some of what he says may not apply to all individuals. I do remember clearly events from infancy, like Mum putting Rob ( my baby brother ) next to me in the cot, and my feeling that the energy had expanded, that Rob and I are one. Also Linda ( my big sister ) climbing into the pram I was in to steal my orange juice 😂. And best of all, sitting in the highchair watching Mum scrambling eggs, saying " your Dad'll be home soon " then Dad coming through the back door into the kitchen, hugging Mum and then sitting next to me, us both eating scrambled eggs and how special it felt. And many more.
    So I feel consciousness, in my experience at least, was there all along, but yes, the programming came along and created a barrier, or filter, making direct experience difficult because of the demands for attention of the cognitive map ! 🤔

      Mine too! I remember exactly when I had the epiphany of my person, that "I" existed separately from my brain, and I had complete dominion over what I chose to agree with and add to my "I". I immediately was aware that I controlled my brain. The following night I told my brain to tell myself I am in a dream if I don't like it and to tell me to wake up. I had this repeating dream that I believed was a dream inside the dream but I could not pull myself into consciousness, to wake up even though I was trying. That night I had the dream and my brain told me I was just in a dream, wake up and I did. I was mesmorized with my self, or , "I" and loved to think about it, about coming to the conclusion that I am a human full of questions. Why am I here?, Where did I come from?, I had many profound questions for 3 yr old. I reached the conclusion that I had to get information about being human from others and put what I deemed as good in my brain because it didn't know much at all. I had decided I needed to know more about this life and that I wanted to be a good human. Because I couldn't get answers from my mom and aunts, who gave me simple responses, I decided to find the answers from old people because they must know what I needed to know to become a good human and they had lived many years, and would certainly have some important things to tell me. I was well received by stranges, a neighbor, and grandma and a great aunt, who explained why this one thing was good, why the other was not good. It blows my mind that I was 3.5 years old. I still evaluate what I allow to be stored in my brain, especially after the experience of cognitive therapy and garbage I had to clean out from child abuse created perceptions, most of these hidden to me.

    Thank you for most of my life I've planned the day for my physical body the night before. So in the morning I wake set that program and then am able to spend time watching looking for improvements and adjusting for the next physical day .When the physical program for that day is operating sufficiently im free to roam the endless memory (DATA ) stored in my brain i have chosen to visit the beautiful world that is revealed within those data points witch elevates my vibration towards kindness and giving 😉 for me this state has become my goal it cannot be removed from the outside ,the physical world.       PsychK and body-talk are featured.
      I would like to suggest that Applied Kinesiology be added to the recommended modalities, especially since the others are based on the same principles of Kinesiology muscle testing to access the subconscious and is extremely effective.
      As a practicing Kinesiologist, I speak for others who would also be delighted if Kinesiology is included.

    I find it funny how no one is saying the body is literally the subconscious mind. The brain of the subconscious mind is you’re solar plexus. When we meditate into a theta state our conscious mind and our body become one. Then you can start to reprogram but it takes a tremendous amount of repetition.

    Thank you for your hard work and the shared information about self programming.
    I' ve learned that we have the subconcious mind as a greater mind of our spiritual world. To compare my knowledge with a computer. We have the running programm as windows or linux like our concious mind. The bios or main computer programm as you said the subconcious mind with the learned habbits. And last but not least the KI or AI as the spiritual or higher concious mind.
    I would say thats a 4th way to reprogramm your habbits, subconcious mind or bios. IMHO its the best of all, be connected to the higher concious mind in yourself.

      @@smilelikeUmeanit90 With the concious mind we can create by sending out our frequency and recive exactly that kind of it too. Trough repetition we are also able to heal, or better words for it, to reach a better/higher frequency. Thats why many people use Mantras/Mudras and our possibilty for visulation and imagination with feelings to change things in live.
      I used the mantra i'm healty, atractive and have a normal weight. In that time i had 50kg overweight. It took only 1.5 years to lose that ;)
