My fair view . If you are average or above average ( rich) status financially, Malaysia is a HEAVEN ! Live in Semi D or Bungalow. But, if i am a Tycoon , i would definitely want to own , or prefer to live in HK the PEAK, ( been there few times)to my view its a most bful peak on Earth with 4 main fengshui elements like Ocean, City, Natures, & Hill, on a high hill, surrounds with greens nature, and view of HK magnificient skyline , Ocean view, & hill view. OR next option is Repulse Bay with hill view and ocean beach,, . Just my view. Yes! With No Doubt!!.. Malaysia is a very bful , heavenly affordable place , unlike HK VERY unaffordable on properties. As said, for normal rich people. Otherwise , if super rich , my preference THE PEAK, Hongkong!!!
排屋是terrace hourse or link house, 有別於town house.
排屋是全座但與左右連結,即兩連,除非是角間corner lot 。Town House是三連,即左右後連結或左右上或左右下連結。

如果住在Condo和apartment出外比较麻烦。必须搭升降机,然后走去停车场,再经过守卫亭。每天丢垃圾也须下楼到特定的地方。还有,一家人只有一两个停车位其实不够。

Hi.可否介紹一下公寓及聯排屋的租金及售價,thank you
以吉隆坡外國人區滿家樂(Mont Kiara)為例,新發售的公寓平均呎價約RM900-1000左右,租金約RM3.50 - 4.00/呎。排屋呎價約RM800-900/呎,但排屋面積一般3000呎以上,所以入場費較高。排屋租金約RM2.50-3.00/呎。檳城的靚區新樓呎價及租金與吉隆坡沒有太大分別。這些數字只是參考,價錢當然與樓宇的優勢高低可有貴有平。如需要了解更多,可Facebook pm我們。Facebook名稱「馬來西亞咗 Malaysia Jor」

Condo管理費一般每呎RM0.30-0.60,樓齡較新、靠近雙子塔、豪宅區等等的因素可能令管理費再貴一點
